• Frank (10/5): - The location was great with a beautiful mountain view. It was 25 minutes from Panorama Ski Resort and just a few minutes from Radium Hot Springs pools. There were seven of us, and we highly recommend it.

Lots of stairs and further than it looked from the pictures found it easier to park at the lot to enjoy the beach

• Tara (8/5): Windermere get away - The house was nearly brand new and was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. There was a sectional outdoor couch on the deck, and it was really nice to sit out there in the afternoon. The kitchen was decently stocked and had very nice cutlery, plates, bowls etc. They have a number of different streaming platforms so you can watch almost anything. The communication with the hosts was a bit off. They were arguing about the checkout time, and I had to prove via the booking, and the information binder at the house that check out was at 11 am, not 10 am. I was charged a $270 cleaning fee, yet we had to strip all the beds and take all the garbage out. This was the first time I had to do more than just dishes and basic upkeep. The cooking pans could definitely be replaced, they are scratched up.

• Susan (4/5): Property itself, great. Experience with hosts, wouldn't book again. - For work, it was in a convenient location. The property itself was great. Gorgeous property with lots to do. Host communication can be improved immensely. Originally booked this location to bring our dog with us as it said pets allowed. I reached out to the hosts, they said our dog was not allowed which did not match the listing. We respected the host wishes of the host and did not bring our dog after they reiterated to not bring him and that they'll be monitoring the cameras. Upon checking out, we received a message "cleaner is reporting you bleed on the sheets and left water bottles full of cigarettes. This is a non smoking property. We will have to get new sheets and we will have to charge your credit card for them. Did you bring a dog? You smoked outside on the balcony, bled on the sheets and the house smells like animals." In the rules "guests are required to pick up any garbage, cigarette butts, and dog droppings that are left outside on common property. If you or your guests are smoking outdoors, please dispose of the cigarette butts in an ashtray. Cigarette butts are not to be thrown in the grass/outdoor common areas as it is a fire risk", there wasn't any mention of not being able to smoke outside with proper disposal. As per the sheets, the agreement did not mention charges for accidental damages. Accidents happen and we think its outrageous that we were charged for bleeding on the sheets as if we could have predicted and controlled that. Lastly, I have no idea how it smelt like animals as our dog did end up passing away at home while we were here.

The location was great and the beach is - The property had a wonderful location close to Radium Hot springs and Fairmont Hot springs. It was so well stocked with everything you could need for the vacation. It was so family friendly and provided so much entertainment for the kids! They even had a pack-n-play and wagon to use. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of coffee options! The balcony was beautiful and my kids spent hours outside playing! Andrew responded to messages in minutes and we knew we were well taken care of. Nothing

• Shelley (6/5): Pleasant - Clean, spacious, bright, well equipped kitchen, good location The beds were too uncomfortable to sleep in and the heat pump was so loud and made such a high-pitched noise when operational that we had to overheat the house before going to bed so that we could shut it down before going to bed just to get a few hours of rest which didn't come easily as the beds were like rocks! As soon as the heat kicked in in the morning, rest time was over...this was very disappointing as it nearly ruined an otherwise great vacation.

• Tiffany (10/5): My kids, aged 6, 6, 14, and 17 all loved it! the littles wanted me to give it 12 stars out of 5 😁 - Kyle and Andrew thought if everything. The small kiddos loved the toys and books, and my teens played the Monopoly. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal there, and the kitchen was set up well. The location is close to everything. The beach was fun, the basketball courts close, and we even went bowling down the street. The washer and dryer were appreciated, as was being able to bring our dog. We look forward to staying here again! Honestly, it was awesome!

• Michal (10/5): The space is perfect! above and beyond expectations! - Excellent location for a family vacation. We loved this well-maintained, well-equipped, and beautifully designed home. The beds are very comfortable, the showers are fantastic, the smart TV and the dbl parking are a great addition, the terrace is so lovely, and the kitchen has everything needed for eating in. The beach chairs and other accessories are great too! It would be great to have basic toiletries (Shampoo, conditioner, soap).

Within a few minutes drive to downtown Invermere and conveniently located within 10 minutes drive to Swansea mountain bike trails. Private, sandy beach was within five minutes walk from the property.
