• Zuraidah (7/5): Familiar Unit but not well-kept - Key collection & parking instructions was very clear. There was water supply disruption during my stay . The tap was dry for a good 6 hrs without warning or notification. The host shud be aware of this type of issue and notify guests. The host claimed they were not notified. However, after checking around with the residents , they said there was notice given. The unit was not well-kept , as my earlier stay. The wobbly lamp stand is still not changed and impose danger to guests. It fell on my son in our last stay and I already alerted the host that time. The curtains was not hung properly in the master bedroom, they were drooping. The host wanted to come and fix them after I reported , but was not convenient for me.
• Zuleskandar (10/5): The best affordable Abnb - Each step was shown clearly, the CS is very responsive. The digital lock took me a couple of minute to unlock the door, but no biggie.

• Mohd (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice plane. Plus, the security here is quite strict, which means it is very safe here. Host also very responsive in case we need something. Overall, very recommended !
• Zuraidah (5/5): Not as good anymore - The unit had deteriorated from the last time I stayed here in Dec 2024. In terms of cleanliness , not as clean as my previous stay. In terms of amenities in the unit, broken lamp stand was not replaced and post a hazard to guests. Lamp stand could not stand on its own and fell on my son as he was sitting on the sofa. Pillowcases fitted on the pillows were all torn and tattered in both bedrooms. Host really need to buck up and upkeep the unit.

• Zuraidah (8/5): Clean and cozy - The place was clean and cosy. Well equipped. Altho living room has no air conditioning. There was no filtered water , otherwise it is a perfect score of10 No air cond in living room. No water filter installed

• Lee (6/5): Not up to expectation. - Location is good The apartment suppose to provide 2 Queen bed and a Single bed but only 2 Queen bed provided. The description in the listing does not match what is provided. The pricing is too expensive compared with other units availablee with the same facilities. Can get a better unit with the price paid.

• Shamala (9/5): Superb - Overall, it was a good stay with good security and complete house utilities. Improve bathroom cleanliness. Toilet bowl had stains. There were ants around the kitchen when we checked in on day one itself.

• Olivia (10/5): Love this place definitely come back again. - The whole place very well furnished with new and clean furniture and utensils to freshly varnished walls, one of the best stay I had so far in JB. Highly recommended! Unlike the others… Abit far so have to grab sooo to each its own
