• Hema (1/5): - The pictures online were misleading compared to the actual condition.The facilities promised were not available/functional during the stay.The environment was noisy and uncomfortable for rest.The bedding and rooms were not properly maintained.Customer service was poor and our concerns were not addressed.The homestay lacked basic amenities such as [WiFi, toiletries, air-conditioning, etc.].The check-in/check-out process was not smooth and caused inconvenience. The parking facility was very inconvenient. We were not provided with an access card for the parking lot, which caused a lot of trouble during our stay.Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet value for money.

Car parking yang terlalu tinggi.Parking dari petang sampai esok pagi kna charge parking RM78.

• Haji (6/5): Pleasant - Cheap price offering an overall pleasant stay. Room size were great with comfortable beds. Basic amenities such as a washing machine, refrigerator and utensils were provided and in working condition. Great balcony city view, easy key and room card pick up. No hot shower. Too many small cockroaches crawling around the kitchen area and living room. Bed sheets and comforters were stained.

• Khalik (7/5): Nice Location - Quick response from staff to accommodate our needs. Very good location. Ramada itself is a nice building with good working elevators. Host had our keys left in mailroom...so was easy check in and out. Cocroaches was really a nightmare. Everywhere even in the bedroom...Disinfectants didnt really work as they are the small type of roaches that are like embedded in the wood and furniture...and they come out from the drainage in bathroom and kitchen. Something must be done. Also bedsheets and duvet coveres werent the cleanist.

• Glenn (2/5): booked for eleven nights but only stayed for five, we moved to another hotel. - location and internet but nothing else. the total lack of maintenance in this apartment is astonishing, aircon leaked onto tiled floor we had to put a towel under it to stop from slipping on kitchen floor. shower does not drain meaning you have to turn it off halfway through your shower or it will flood the bathroom. the owner should not advertise "washing machine" as it does not work and it appears it has not worked for a long time. the property manager is slack in replying to WhatsApp as it took from 8.00am until 3.30pm to finally get entry details for rm231 including two unanswered phone calls which were not returned. the pillow cases, bed sheets and towels are threadbare, grey and very old. the mould in the bathroom and kitchen has been undisturbed for goodness knows how long. another thing is, you only get one elevator scanner and door key for a two bedroom apartment that is just annoying. then comes the normal stuff cigarette burns on the furniture and curtains falling off, dont expect sat/tv it only has an evpad. oh! and dont get me started about the cockroaches. we stuck it out for five nights but that was enough.

• Leanne (2/5): Very poor - The situation within the Ramada Suites was good. The property was dark, bare and unwelcoming. The curtains were broken and didn’t close properly. There were scuffs all over the walls which can be easily cleaned. The bedsheets were old, worn and stained in places. The A/C was noisy and ineffective. We checked out as soon as we could.

• Emily (6/5): Over all, the place was centrally located and affordable but needs updates/cleaning - The space is large (nice large rooms and balconies). Location is great, 10 min walk to transit, central to the sites in Bukit Bintang (shopping/Jalan Alor Food street etc). Beds were comfortable and there are nice views from the rooms The space is dated and needs to be updated (there was a large rip in the sofa, the TV and washer/dryer did not work). The sheets/beds were clean but the rest of the place was dirty (shower glass was scummy and there was visible mold in shower). Some visible dirt and hair on floors and lots of dusty surfaces. The shower water was cold. FYI the apartment shares a building with the Ramada Suites hotel but is a privately owned unit (half the building is the Ramada and the other half privately owned condos) so you do have access to the pool but none of the other hotel amenities (such front desk/concierge, maid service, or breakfast bar etc). None of these things were deal breakers for us but were notable.
