• Francesca Barbaresco (1/5): - Non ho soggiornato nell’appartamento: appena arrivata ho constatato che non era conforme alle foto né adatto per una neonata. In diversi punti il parquet è marcio, e non pulibile con una donna delle pulizie, e' proprio MALSANO l’ascensore è troppo piccolo per valigie o spesa senza lasciare la bambina incustodita ( DI 10 MESI e avevo specificato che era sola con me al momento della prenotazione). Non avrei potuto stare qui per 21 giorni in sicurezza, quindi ho annullato subito e avvisato il proprietario, ho prenotato l' appartamento in un' ora e dopo 7 minuti che ero dentro ho telefonato al proprietario dicendo che non era ciò che ho visto sul sito. Alla fine Il proprietario non mi e' venuto incontro di 1 centesimo e Booking un rimborso di 400 sul wallet!! Non su carta d credito come da me richiesto. Hanno preferito mettere a rischio la sicurezza di in minore incustodito perché io devo farmi 6 piani in quanto l' ascensore non e' appropriato. Ho perso 1.500,00 sconsiglio vivamente a tutti l' Agenzia Maryland ad Atene e in più mi sorge molto spontanea la domanda di quanto ci si possa fidare di Booking che mi incita a lasciare sola una bambina di 10 mesi e non si impone per far rispettare che le foto delle case siano congrue a ciò che loro vendono.
• Alexander (3/5): - Квартира грязная, пол пыльный, ощущение будто бы они не закончили ремонт. На полу и дверях следы краски. В душе пол грязный и залипший волосам. За эту цену можно снять шикарный отель 4звезды с завтраком. Я орендовал эти апартамент только из-за близкого расположения к марине. Не советую быть здесь!

• Olofs (9/5): Highly recommended - Very nice apartment with great facilities including air conditoning. Perfect location with 15 minutes walk to the beach and ca 35 minutes ride with public bus to the city centre. Airport bus stops on the street very close to the apartment. Big balcony with very nice view of the marina. Highly recommended. Some noise from the traffic when sitting on the balcony. Being inhouse with balcony door closed you dont hear the traffic.
