• Elena (9/5): Bella scoperta nel cuore di Fuhlam - L appartamento è completo di tutti i comfort. Spazioso e molto pulito ( rispecchia perfettamente le foto del sito). Nonostante la mancanza di aria condizionata ( con un caldo tropicale a Londra durante il nostro soggiorno) siamo riusciti a sfruttare i pinguini presenti nelle stanze. Il palazzo non è ancora concluso ( ci sono le scale ancora in costruzione) e manca l ascensore anche se le 2 rampe di scale non sono così pesanti anche dopo una giornata a girare la città.

• Duncan (7/5): Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would certainly recommend the apartment to others. - The apartment was more spacious that expected and was a good size for our family to stay. It has all the facilities that we needed. The latches on most of the windows are broken so that they cannot be fully closed to keep out the noise from the street that can be loud at night. There are on-going renovation works in the building so there are workers coming and going. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the lift was not working.

L'unica pecca è stata la mancanza del funzionamento dell'ascensore che é fuori uso da molti mesi. Inoltre l'ingresso lasciava a desiderare, poiché a causa dei lavori, probabilmente non veniva pulito.
• Roslyn (8/5): Great location and a very good sized flat for our trip. - Great location just off Fulham Broadway with lots of facilities within easy reach. Plenty of space and 2 bathrooms which was good. Extremely warm and the fans did very little to help. Also building work opposite which was very noisy (but this could not be helped).

• Theodore Kirkiris (10/5): - Incredibly spacious, more than comfortable for 4 adults. It's spotless and offers a good range of amenities. Plus, it's exceptionally quiet and conveniently located near a train station and several bus stops. If you're seeking a great place to stay, I highly recommend it.
• ABDULHALEEM (5/5): The owner needs to visit the property once a while to inspect its condition before renting out. - All the needs (including supplies) were made available but stuffed in the store at Property. Appt was spacious & relaxing. Location was far from underground station, but it was lively amidst shops & stores. Collecting keys to enter Appt was painful. Imagine you travel from abroad; dropped by Taxi at the property in extreme weather; found out that you had to walk about a mile away from property to get keys while family awaits at property doorstep in hard weather - Not a desirable situation. Also the portable ACs were not installed properly. Their exhaust exit was not installed to throw the hot air outside the property. Instead, it was left inside. Meaning all the hot air exhaust would come back into the room resulting in waste of energy and room not getting cold. "Professional Cleaning" needs to be improved by owner's personal supervision. Some bathroom light/bulbs were fused. To sum up, charging customers money equivalent to 4 star serviced hotel and providing an appt stuffed with supplies but highly unorganized, is not acceptable for visitors.

• Penny (3/5): Disappointing stay - The location was perfect for our needs. Close to the underground and easy to get around. Apartment was comfortable and clean. We stayed there in May 2024 When we arrived the whole building was surrounded by scaffolding and was in the process of being renovated. Inside the building all the walls and floors were covered in plastic and the lift had been blocked off. We were on the third floor and had to struggle up 3 flights of stairs with our luggage. The noise was terrible and the rest we were looking forward to after a 20 day bus tour was non existent. The internet didnt work either We spoke to the manager about this and the noise and as we hadn't been advised of this we requested a discount which he agreed to. After much correspondence with him this has not been forth coming. If we had been advised we would have chosen somewhere else. Assume the renovations are ongoing and the place over the road had scaffolding as well. Very disappointed with the communication from the manager. We were a party of 4, 2 of which were really unwell and needed the peace and quiet. We were unable to rest during the day because of the noise

• Shalini (8/5): Comfortable stay in a modern well done up apartment (without a lift) - Overall the stay was comfortable and pleasant. The location is excellent, the apartment was very nicely done up, clean and stocked up. The bathrooms were large and comfortable. There was sufficient bedding/ towels/ cutlery/crockery etc available. We felt that we were not given correct and timely information on the lifts. We booked this at a higher price compared to others as we had older parents with us and wanted to ensure that there was a lift available. However we received a message from the host 1 day before our travel saying the lift was under repair. Now when I read the older reviews, it seems that the lift has been unavailable for a long time. We felt that the host did not disclose this information on the website as it did not look like a last minute change ( the work going on seemed like it was started way before). We had to carry 6 heavy bags up 2 floors because of this and daily up & down for my parents was a bit too much. Also there was noise due to work happening in the building ( did not affect us much as we were out most day).

• Marion (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. It is located in a very central area in Fulham, a few minutes away from the underground station. It is equipped with all necessities. Anyone who enjoys walking, the National History Museum, and V&A Museum are just a 40-minute walk away. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

• Ruhi (8/5): Was good, could have been a lot better - Property is in a good neighbourhood, walkable from the Fulham Broadway station there are a good number of stores and cafes near the property a) Throughout the stay the lift in the property was Out of Order - we had to carry luggage up and down which was quite a task b) There is no air conditioning in the apartment which makes it very difficult especially during the summer. The coolers provided are not good enough and end up making the room a lot warmer c) There is construction going on in the building which starts early in the morning making it very difficult to sleep in with the windows open d) There was no cleaning in the apartment for the 6 days that we were there, this makes the upkeep of the apartment very poor, No change of Towels, or change of linen . not a great experience there e) No dishwasher was provided with the apartment so we ended up doing a fair bit of utensil washing
• Shannon (9/5): Great! - Host was awesome, very communicative and accommodating. Well equipped and clean flat. Place was great and would definitely stay again. Parking, was told parking was not available, but it was after a certain time for free and paid parking by meter during permit hours. I paid for parking a few blocks over and did not use it. Elevator was non operational, and had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Pillows were too soft.
• Emily (8/5): Great location and price. Comfortable flat. - Diverse neighborhood with three easy to access tube stations and numerous bus stops. Lots of restaurants, pubs, grocery stores. It was quiet outside in the evening. And only 20 minutes into downtown via the tube. The flat felt safe and secure. The decor was spot on. The bedding and regular mattresses were soft and fluffy. There were ample towels. There were body puffs for the shower. There were lots of cleaning supplies and equipment available to use (if you wanted). There were even laundry pods for the washer and a laundry drying rack. There were 2 sets of keys which was handy. The manager was quick to respond and very accommodating. The flat needs a deep clean and some basic maintenance. MINOR details: The larger bathroom has only one shower stall door so one half of you is cold at all times. There are no fans in the bathrooms, which leaves it all with a musty smell for quite a while after showering. There are no cereal bowls, mixing bowls or measuring cups. We love cereal so that was a challenge. The pull out couch mattress is only suited for small kids. AND don't trust the dryer portion of the washer-dryer combo. It does not dry well. You are better off to use the drying rack and a hairdryer.
• Marie (9/5): Would come back anytime: highly recommended! - Easy access by Tube, 10 minutes walk. Warm welcome, the administrator easily reachable at all times and very helpful. Perfectly clean flat with all the necessary amenities. Comfortable beds and clean linens, plush towels, good lightning in each room, large bathrooms. Busy street close by with many shops and restaurants. Excellent bus services for those who do not want tu use the Tube. 2 nice touches: an elegant and well stocked vanity kit in each bathroom and 6 large umbrellas in the closet. Everything has been well thought of!

Extremely nice plenty of hot water and convenient to grocery stores and an eight minute walk to the tube that would take you anywhere. Very clean and looks recently remodeled. Very safe area for family. Plenty of supplies to get us started. The tube will take you to any sites you want to see for only two or three dollars. You can walk through the payment kiosk with your children for one fee. I would highly recommend staying at this location.
