• Sarah (6/5): Great location, house needs some maintenance, need to investigate who lives in the shed - Location was great the beach is amazing enough space for all of us in the house not to mention how communicative and supporting the owner was. Bryan supplied us with basic amenities to keep us covered during our stay and thank goodness they did because we had forgotten to bring something! We also couldn’t fit all of our recycling into the bin and they suggested to leave it in the counter for them to deal with On the second day of our stay after we returned from our day out we had noticed that the lawn had been mowed - we didn’t think much of it until our last night we noticed that there was a dark green Subaru forester sitting outside the fence of the property we didn’t eat anything until everyone was practically ready and in bed and next to the main bedroom (which is next to the shed) you can hear without a doubt someone singing or watching videos. We thought that maybe someone else lives on site seeing as that shed could be 12 and the rest of the house is 12a. Understandable if you want to get the place clean or if someone else lives on site however a little bit of transparency would be nice. We didn’t have an encounter but it was scary to think that behind the shed was a little garden area which someone could look into the bedroom I was sleeping in as that bedroom had no blinds or curtains. In that bedroom there are also some power points that were hard to turn on but otherwise the biggest issue was not knowing who was next door to where we were staying.
• Rae (5/5): All in all the place was satisfactory and convenient. - The property was well located and large. Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. The Venetians We’re so dirty and dusty I feel sure they hadn’t been touched for years. The fact that it wasn’t clean.

• Lynette (5/5): It’s obvious, but there is more that I could list. - Close to the beach It was grotty. Not aware owner lived onsite. Many little touches expected with good accommodation not there. Eg. Tissues, milk, not stale coffee, unusable power points in bedroom. Bedroom 3 no window coverings or screens. No mirrors in bedroom.

• Wayne (4/5): Will look for alternative accommodation in the area next time - Property is a bit dated. Where repairs, maintenance or updating has been attempted they were poorly executed.

• David (10/5): It was an excellent place to stay especially for a family. - House was well stocked with useful consumables. Close to the airport and out of the city rat race. Quiet and peaceful. It would have been good if there were more ripe cherries on the cherry tree.
