• Krissi (9/5): It was great and exactly what we needed and the host was very nice and helpful - Was a great location for the ExCel, it was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The response from the owner was great too and he did me a favour in the end by allowing a few extra hours parking which I am very grateful for. There were a lot of rules and this made us very cautious about everything we were doing. I understand why they were there it just put us on edge slightly. There was only a couple of sheets of toilet roll and no bin bags with a couple of bits of rubbish left in the bin from the previous guests for us to clear out when we left, but that was just a minor inconvenience

• Ariadna (10/5): Perfect place - Everything was super clean and they were very open to communication and helped us get there. The space was very cute and comfortable. The bed was very good.

• Marc (6/5): Pleasant - It was quiet They are all about the fees, it's like spirit airlines, they give 2 towels for 3 people, and want to charge if you use the extra, same with bedding, nice coffee maker, no coffee, no water. Its fine if you want to shop. But you don't know what to buy. Also the front door locks when you leave , we went out and forgot the key, of course they wanted paid first 50 pounds before they would open the door, then it was 8 hours later until they got it opened. So no customer service at all. NO real communication either, just email.
