- Brooke (2/5): Beware of cleaning scam and be prepared to clean before your holiday starts - The property had 3 bedrooms with nice views of the Docklands Very disappointed not ideal that we needed to clean the property before we started our holiday, there were clumps of hair in the drain in the ensuite shower which was disgusting.
There were not enough towels for each guest.
There was a stain on the main bedroom doona.
The sofa was uncomfortable and did not provide adequate seating for the amount of people in the booking.
Upon check out we were charged an extra cleaning fee for a microwave that we did not use, the property host was not interested in what we said and said show me a photo of the clean microwave… we didn’t even know there was a microwave as we didn’t eat at the property. Beware of this scam!

- Moira (9/5): - The location is perfect for accessing the city as in free tram zone. The views are spectacular and the beds super comfortable which is what you want after a day of sightseeing.
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Location was very handy for our group, Collins St. free Tram was practically across the road, we were also catching the Ferry to Portarlington on one of our days, the ferry was just a short walk from the apartment also. Nothing.

- Emily (10/5): Fantastic location, quick responding staff, just needed toilet paper. - The space, the views, the pool, the huge balcony, it was very comfy and homely feeling. Will definitely stay again. There was no toilet paper upon arrival. Even just one roll would have been nice to arrive to.

- Donna (7/5): A nice apartment for a family or three adults to share. - The apartment was clean and had a lovely view from every window. Each room only had a small double bed and the extra bed was a mattress on the floor.
There were very few restaurants and cafes in the immediate area.
It was a little inconvenient having to pick up the key from a place off site and not being able to store our luggage prior to check-in and after check out.

- Vernetta (9/5): Incredible apartment with stunning views! - The apartment is incredible! It boasts stunning views from both the living area and every bedroom, plus a huge balcony complete with outdoor seating to enjoy the space. Inside, the apartment is impressively spacious, featuring a six-seater dining table, a comfortable lounge area, smart tv, and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The location couldn’t have been better for us, as we were attending an event at Marvel Stadium. Plus, it’s conveniently situated at the end of the tram line within the free tram zone, making trips to and from the city center effortless. Two car parks included in the rate is a fantastic bonus! We were also able to find the key collection point and apartment itself with ease and were provided an early check-in of 2pm which was appreciated. The apartment was nearly perfect, but a few minor details kept me from giving it a 10/10. Having only one key was inconvenient, particularly when traveling with friends who wanted the flexibility to come and go independently (especially late at night). A few essentials were missing—no tea towels and the ironing board was ridiculously small. Additionally, the beds were all doubles and unfortunately not very comfortable, as were the pillows. Official check-in time 4pm (late!), and check-out is 10am. I think this is unreasonable and it should be either an earlier check-in or later check-out A coffee pod machine would be a nice touch as well. These are small issues, but at a premium price point, these adjustments would make the experience exceptional.

Fantastic location and facilities for 6 adults to stay together with self catering option. Car park excellent and easy to access. Beautiful views and secure access for the apartment. Needed to provide dishwasher tablets, tea towel, spare towels, and shelves in the wardrobes. It would have been helpful to have an additional key/fob with the 3br property.
Found clothes from previous occupants left, the property needed to be checked fully after being vacated.
