Guest Reviews
- William (10/5): Exceptional - Location was fantastic! Easy access to the tube via the Gloucester Road station. Because the flat is slightly below ground you occasionally hear, slight rumblings of the tube. Did not affect our stay. However, if your light sleeper worth keeping in mind.
- Rudley (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good. The appartment is situated underground and you have to step besides the bin which had a bad smell when being welcomed. On our very first day, we saw a water overflow issue in the toilets and the main bathroom. This was already here before we entered. The property manager sent someone who could do nothing about it and that's when our journey became a nightmare. Excrements were still overflowing the toilets and we had to accommodate with that. We called several times the property manager, property owner to no avail. Booking.com could do nothing about it they just say sorry but they could not even considered a refund. Only sorry and nothing else. This was our worst experience thanks to this appartment. It had an alternative bathroom very small just to fit a kid and we were 5 in this appartment. I was greatly deceived by the non response from property owners and booking.com being passive. This is not hospitality management. I work for a company owning hotel and I can say I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour. I will not recommend this stay and I had a different experience with Airbnb whose reply was very different. A world apart.
- Anjali (1/5): Bad - The apartment smelled like a sewer, toilet and bathtub could not be used as it was leaking/not flushing, bathtub had old stinky water in it. There were a lot of ants and the mobile AC was not working (stinking smells when it was on and leaking)
- Kim (6/5): l. I wanted to share my recent experience staying at your apartment. While it was clean, the constant noise and lack of - the combination of lounge and kitchen of are both generously sized and meticulously maintained. The spacious layout allows for comfortable gatherings with family and friends, while the cleanliness ensures a welcoming environment for all The size of both bedrooms is quite small, which may be a bit challenging for comfortable living. Additionally, there seems to be an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet in one of the bedrooms despite it being clean. we have tried to identify the source but without success.
Furthermore, another issue that we have noticed is the absence of air conditioning in the house. This could potentially make staying indoors during hot weather uncomfortable.
Every night, we were disturbed by a loud, continuous noise that sounded like a train running underground. This made it extremely difficult for us to get any rest and enjoy our time there.
