• Gabriela (7/5): Bien pour un séjour court - Information claire et précise de comment arriver et comment accéder à l'appartement. La taille de l'appartement ! super grand et confortable. Machine à laver et lave-vaisselle disponibles. Magasins et commerces à côté (attention cependant aux WE). La propreté. On se sentait plutôt en sécurité. L'odeur de cuisine qui vient de je ne sais où et qu'on sent dans la chambre à coucher dès le matin. Il y a eu des pertes d'eau, je pense, ça fait que les murs de la chambre, côté fenêtre sont écaillés et clairement à repeindre car ça se voit les tâches (grosses) d'humidité. On pourrait mettre plus de poêles (il n'y a qu'une et elle a bien été utilisée) et de casseroles plus grandes.
• Oliver (7/5): Overall we felt it was very good value for money as we got it at a discounted rate. Excellent location and facilities. - Brilliant location, really close to Liverpool Street. Very spacious. Well equipped kitchen - having a washing machine was helpful. Felt very secure. Great for a family of 4. The property looked tired but with a couple of small aesthetic improvements it could be amazing - fresh paint, new carpet in the bedroom etc.

• Valerijus (8/5): Ok - Location is excellent, kitchen is good and equipped. The humidity in the rooms was very high. The toilet water supply was terrible — you flush the toilet once and then need to wait 10 minutes. The kitchen area was noisy. The elevator was not working during our entire stay.

• Aleksandra (10/5): - Apartma se nahaja na odlični lokaciji, blizu javnega prevoza. Opremljen je zelo lepo, v kuhinji nas je pričakala kava, čaj, mleko za kavo, sladkor, sveža gobica in čistilo za posodo, tablete za pomivalni stroj in celo tablete Persil za pralni stroj. Pogrešali nismo ničesar, vse je premišljeno in hvala lastnikom za prijetno bivanje. Ob našem bivanju dvigalo ni delovalo, ampak ni bil problem vzpenjanja po stopnicah. Malo telovadbe vedno prav pride.

• Gallagher (8/5): Very good - Location is great. Huge space. Bathroom nice. Shower good. Windows were very dirty, shades broken, 3 knobs fell off. Couch not comfy.

• Resa (8/5): Great for a family. - Property was great for the 4 of us. Clean and neat. Issue with the shower but could use the bath. Area was a little quieter than we like but overall very nice. Only issue was that we were unable to use the shower due to scalding water and unable to adjust. Could use the bath.

• Angela (9/5): Superb - Great location, big space for 4 with 2 in the main bedroom and 2 on the soda bed. The sofa bed could use an upgrade because the end kept on falling down. Overall loved how close we were to the tube and restaurants and sites.
• Kai (9/5): Perfect flat to start city adventures - Great location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms and clean bathroom. London is expensive, so this flat is.
• Kara (8/5): all in all the place was very good it had everything we needed and the reply was very fast every time. When I come back - The location was perfect, many restaurants and shops nearby. There is a M&S on the other side of the apartment and a Tesco nearby. Very close to Liverpool Street station and monument station so you can easily get anywhere you want from there easily. Also there are many bus station around. check in was very easy and because we landed earlier in London than planned, I asked for a early check in and thankfully it was possible, the reply was also very fast (thank you Simone). We stayed there in a group of four, and for us it was big enough. 2 slept in the bedroom and 2 on the bed Sofa in the living room. To get to the bathroom you had to go through the bedroom, which we didn’t mind much. you can’t open the windows, we were already aware of that before we booked this place and it has an AC but it would be nice to have some fresh air especially when you want to cook something small, it gets stuffy even with the vent on above the stove.

• Anonymous (5/5): Not worry for the money. - Great location NO WIFI CONNECTION. Wi-Fi DIDN't work for 2 DAYS out of my 4 days of stay. It was really frustrating as I came for work. With my laptop without internet means no work. The first day I had no reply from CS as it was a public holiday. Not something a sim card or phone internet could help. UNCERTAIN SAFETY STANDARD. At the main gate the wooden door is locked up in the evening. you need to climb the ladder to open the lock and I felt unsafe for any emergency case and escape. The password system was also very confusing at the beginning with different gate and doors at the same time. BIG MESS AT ENTRANCE. All the trash piled up at the entrance. Feeling unsafe again for any emergency and fire safety standard. BROKEN BEDROOM BLINDER. I called for fixing the broken blinders in the bedroom where the opposite building can see through clearly. No maintainer had came until the last day of my stay. It is still broken and lack of privacy.
