• Bettina (9/5): Schöne, große Wohnug , Top-Lage - Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für die Erkundung von Erfurt. Für unseren Familienausflug (5 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) bot die Wohnung schöne, große Zimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche, Wohnzimmer und eine Diele mit einem großen Esstisch. Auch gibt es eine tolle Dachterrasse, die wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht genutzt haben. Auch wenn ein Aufzug bis in den 3. Stock führt, ist die Wohnung aufgrund von Stufen vor und innerhalb der Wohnung nicht ganz barrierefrei, was bei uns aber kein Entscheidungsgrund war. Wer mit dem PKW anreist, muss das Auto in einem der Parkhäuser unterbringen, das Ein- und Ausladen ist aber direkt vorm Haus möglich.
• Sandra (10/5): - A localização é fantástica. O apartamento está bem equipado de eletrodomésticos e o mobiliário também é muito bom. O cheiro a fritos, do restaurante do rés-do-chão, era insuportável nas escadas e elevador. Apesar de ter enviado mensagem a informar que, por causa do atraso na recolha de bagagem no aeroporto de Frankfurt (o que influenciou o horário de partida do comboio para Erfurt), iriamos chegar mais tarde, quando chegámos ao apartamento não havia ninguém para abrir a porta do prédio. Tentámos o contacto via mensagem e telefónico sem obtermos resposta. Tivemos de incomodar a diretora da escola onde decorreu a mobilidade Erasmus, para que ela contactasse o senhorio e só assim conseguimos que nos viessem abrir a porta do prédio. Para um apartamento desta qualidade e com a aplicação Nuki para a porta do mesmo, deveria existir uma alternativa mais viável para a porta do prédio. Também não gostamos da comunicação ser feita toda em alemão, sabemos que estamos na Alemanha, mas o Booking não é um site só para alemães, pelo que a comunicação em inglês deveria ser considerada pelo senhorio.
• Coenrad (9/5): Comfortable inner-city stay with high-end furnishings but difficult host communications - The apartment is fully furnished, with high-end Miele appliances throughout the kitchen. The rooftop access provides space to enjoy breakfast and relax. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The location right in the Erfurt city centre directly at a tram stop is convenient. All-in-all, a comfortable stay as long as you are familiar with inner-city noise — a tram stops and accelerates away from just below the bedroom windows every few minutes. Will stay again if we visit Erfurt, despite some inconveniences… Communications were not as smooth as with other properties in this price/comfort class. The electronic keys to our mobile phones were timed for entry at 16:00 on arrival date. We arrived 15:00 and had to sit outside the door in the heat and got no response from the host. There are no airconditioners, which makes the upper rooms stuffy in summer. We received only 1 hard key for the door at street level, which was locked at night so that you have to exit and enter as a group. There is also no parking, and the host does not answer questions about where/how to park a car. None of these are deal breakers, but at the cost/comfort point (this is not a budget rental), it was quite annoying.

• Johannes (10/5): Traumwohnung in zentralster Lage - Alles wie beschrieben; sehr gute Betten; hochwertige und toll ausgestattete Küche; dachterasse und Lage - ein Traum!
• Siegfried (10/5): super - Die Wohnung war ideal geeignet für unser Familientreffen, und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und flexibel auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Das Wetter hätte besser sein können, aber dafür können wir niemand verantwortlich machen
• Nancy (10/5): Ein rundum gelungenes und entspanntes Weihnachtsfest im Kreise der Familie. - Super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Fantastische Lage des schönen Apartments. Mitten in der Altstadt, somit das meiste fußläufig zu erreichen. Ansonsten befindet sich die Bahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Brigitte (10/5): Erfurt-wunderschön und gerne immer wieder, aber auch nur in dieser Wohnung! - Eine sehr schöne, große und gepflegte Wohnung, in der man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann. Die Lage direkt am Fischmarkt ist phantastisch, man ist mitten drin und erreicht alles gut zu Fuß oder auch mit der Strassenbahn, die auch gleich in der Nähe hält. Trotz dieser zentralen Lage, ist es sehr ruhig in der Wohnung. Die Fenster sind dicht und so ist auch nachts nichts störend. Die zwei Bäder mit jeweils zwei Waschbecken waren auch super. Eine phantastische Wohnung, die sehr zu empfehlen ist! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln-alles top!
