- Aled (1/5): Disgusting and unhygienic, we had to get another place to stay - Nothing, waiting for refund It looked like it had been squatted in before we arrived. Mouldy food on the worktop, no bedding, poo in toilet, hair and toothpaste all around sink, old soap still in the shower.
- Anaick (1/5): Awful experience!!!!!!! DO NOT Recommend staying here. - Absolutely awful property, extreme mouldy, don’t know when it was last cleaned and the damaged floor boards are a health hazard. It is the wrong location on the website. TV didn’t work, no Internet and terrible customer service. They don’t even have a UK number to call, all international. Not impressed with how booking.com handled this either. Everything! A health hazard!!! I didn’t stay.
- Sarah (7/5): Good -
- Lukáš (7/5): Good -
- Chantell (4/5): Convenient, well equipped, Great location but apartment needs attention. - Location Laminated floors in very bad condition, must be replaced, had to be very careful not to trip.
Could not set water temperature in shower, too hot to shower.
Bathroom walls were dirty, needs cleaning.
There was a dirty pan in oven.
Duvet was not clean, it had mould and stains on.
- Kate (8/5): Very good -
- Huda (7/5): Good - Good for the price, very affordable and comfortable for 3 people.
Responsive property owners who answered my questions promptly.
Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival.
Very close to Eventim Apollo venue, which I was hoping for as I was staying there for a concert. The floorboards in the living room are coming up, I think new floors are needed as things get stuck on them.
Rubbish bin needed in the bathroom.
- Denisa (3/5): Poor - Good size and location, happy with the kitchen utensils provided. Very noisy broken wooden flooring, broken blinds, several bugs in the apartment, uncomfortable bed and sofa, dirty bedsheets (had hairs and make up stains on them). On top of all this the property required a deposit equal to the value of the price (which was not at all disclosed in the notes of the property when booking) at the moment of needing to enter the property. Not at any point before the check in, which was already pretty late as it was.
- Sainudeen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kurt (4/5): Nothing to be positive about - It’s location, close by public transportation The apartment is way smaller then the pictures make you belief. It is old, rundown and not very clean. The floor is loose and wooden parts stick out. There are some tripping hazards hence you can’t take your shoes off or you will be hurt. The sofa is dirty and you don’t want to sit there. The host is not very service minded and not friendly in his communication.
- Simon (10/5): Great location and Solange from support was brilliant - Location and a nice flat
- Luisa (8/5): Too squashy for 4 - 4 cases takes up floor space, couch would have to be folded up each morning - Was close to Hammersmith central. Was in a quiet area. Was good for us as a couple. No recycling facilities in the area - acknowledge that could be a council issue.
Had to keep moving the jug and the toaster to use a power point.
There were a couple of tripping hazards - eg the floor in the living area is raised in places (see first photo) so not being able wear shoes inside meant sometimes getting socks caught or scraping bottom of our feet on the raised boards; also the rug in the bedroom is curled under in one corner of it so it doesn’t sit flat on the floor (2nd photo).
The bench near the sink has a raised panel probably from excess water in the past and kept hitting my fingers on it when doing dishes (3rd photo).
- Anton (8/5): Very good -
- Glenn (2/5): Dirty and rundown - avoid and look elsewhere - Nothing to like about this place apart from the location, which by the way wasn’t where it originally started There’s a lot NOT to like about this place. It’s dirty, rundown, overpriced, 4pm check in. A £300 deposit that took a week to be returned. And to top it off, at 7:30am on the day we were to check out someone with a key tried to enter the apartment, luckily we had the chain on the door or they would have walked straight in. They didn’t knock or apologise, just ran away. We contacted the owner about this but the didn’t respond. Makes you wonder what happens when you are not around. Also the location when we booked it is nowhere near the actual location.
- Antonio (8/5): Very good -
- Maximilian (5/5): It was okay - Good size. Nice to have a kitchen The way they took the deposit was odd. Not a pending transaction and £300 fully left my account (which was an odd deposit to pay for a 2 night stay).
- Canay (6/5): Pleasant -
- Elizabeth (7/5): Good -
- Andrew (1/5): Disappointing - Bright apartment Location not that advertised; WiFi not accessible; cold showers; copious rubbish outside; bags of linen dumped in the middle of the apartment; obstinate staff.
- David (8/5): Very good - Location was great The TV never connected & couldn't watch a thing for even a day
- Oscar (3/5): Poor - We like the location. For the price of the apartment we were disappointed. The apartment was not very clean when we arrived. It didn't seem like the place was professionally cleaned before we came.
