• Gaston (8/5): - The location for sure. Is great Having two sets of key was also super handy as we were 3 friends and would go separate ways sometimes . The extra bed (the one that you could fold and unfold ) was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the frame of the bed in your back.

L'appartamento non è propriamente come appare nelle foto e la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare (sotto il divano letto c'erano lattine e cibo...). Il divano letto non è molto comodo. Non ci sono armadi e poco posto per 4 valige.

Great restaurants right around the corner and super close to an exit of shibuya station so very convenient if you have luggage. Very spacious compared to other options in the neighborhood for an affordable price. Would recommend!

• Juerg (8/5): Schönes Appartment an guter Lage - Alles war sehr sauber. Das Appartment ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was man benötigt. Die Betten waren bequem und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hingehen. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

• Vargova Maria (1/5): - Ничего Мы бронировали на 4 ночи, остались на 1 и то потому что были уставшие с ребенком. На следующий день уехали. 1. Расположение рядом с Сибуя, но вокруг отели не лучшего качества. Ночью шум, гам, спать не возможно, шумоизоляции ноль. Штор блэкаут нет, в 5 утра светло как на улице 2. Грязь. В квартире как только мы зашли белые носки стали черными, везде лежал вековой слой пыли, липкий пол. Не достаточно просто пропылесосить перед приездом гостей. Квартиру нужно мыть. В кошмарном состоянии кондиционер. Полотенца маленькие и грязные, как и постельное белье. С ребенком я в таком не готова жить. 3. Коммуникация с хозяином? Ноль. Как только я написала, что в квартире грязно меня сразу стали игнорировать. На вацап не отвечали, в приложении тоже. Попросила по возможности отменить бронь чтобы вернуть хотя бы часть денег, но нас полностью проигнорировали. Отписались перед последним днем отбивкой и когда я на нее ответила опять же написав что мы не жили даже, нам не ответили и тут. 4. Раскладной диван кошмар, спать не возможно, а сидеть в собранном виде просто не приятно. Он тоже старый и грязный Я крайне разочарована, потому что не ожидала такого отношения от арендодателей в Японии. Окей, бронь не возвратная, но можно хотя бы не игнорировать адекватные вопросы и запросы своих съемщиков? Не советую, рядом есть куча отелей еще и дешевле и качественнее. Мы хотели комфорта как дома, а получили негатив за свои же не маленькие деньги

• Darren (9/5): Convenient and great location. Small but functional - The location to Shibuya Station and attractions is amazing. Clear communication and instructions from the owner. The apartment is in a nightlife area so it may put off some people. We did not have any issue.

• Maria (8/5): Spacious apartment in great Shibuya location! - We loved the location of the unit. Close to Shibuya Station (Hachiko and Shibuya crossing too) and other subway lines, which made it easy to get to places on our itinerary. We also appreciated that it was close to "combinis" and the quick walk to Mark City Center, restaurants and shopping was a plus. Loved that the unit was spacious and bright, and the beds (including the sofa bed) were comfortable. Our host, Aina, was very nice and responsive to our various requests (tubmat replacement and body gel refill). Aina's detailed directions with photos to the property from the station was very helpful, especially if you have luggage (avoided uphill and downhill trek). The unit could have been cleaned a little bit better. The floor underneath the futon clearly has not been swept when we made my son's bed for the first evening. There was a vacuum provided and a lint roller, so we managed just fine. Also, while our host was very responsive to our requests, there was a very minor issue regarding the number of guest slippers provided (there are four guests booked but only one pair of slippers provided). This along with our other requests, may suggest better attention to the unit's preparedness before guest check-in.

• Genevieve (9/5): Second Home - Convenient- near the major station, airport bus, restos, malls. I like that it didn’t have a carpet like most hotels coz we get allergic. Spacious, we can cook and plenty windows and the balcony are a plus.

• Manuela (10/5): Fantastic apartment in the perfect location to visit the centre of Tokyo. - Top location: 2 min. walk from Shibuya crossing! Sunny and with two terraces. Very comfortable. The extra bedroom makes it easy for 5 people to overnight.
• Ady (8/5): The host is really good however the place is a big old - It’s big compared to the hotels in the same locations. Not enough hanging areas for thick clothing when traveling with family in winter. The washing machine is not good. The shower towels and bedsheets and pillows are too old .

• Ashween (8/5): Excellent location for the price - This apartment is at a decent location considering its proximity to Shibuya with a 600-700m walk to the train station. Overall decent price considering the location and it’s well equipped with all the necessities required for a family stay. Felt the towels were a bit small for an adult.
• Siti (8/5): Less than 10 mins from shibuya station - Close to Shibuya mark city..Just take note that Shibuya station is under renovation.. we have to drag our luggages up and down the stairs of the temporary bridge from shibuya station to apartment when we first came. Its better to take the lift to 1F of Shibuya JR station instead of carrying the luggages down the stairs and cross the road to mark city. Take the lift from there to 4th floor and you will reach the apartment easily. Nil
• Arona (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location close to Shibuya Train Station and Shinsen Train Station. In The Heart of Shibuya so everything within close walking distance. 7/11, Family Mart & Lawsons only meters away. Excellent communication with Host and Apartment was a good size for our family of 5. Clean and well stocked with essentials. Lift available to all floors which made things easier also Apartment is very secure as you need a security code to enter. Recommend for both solo travellers and families. Nothing I didn’t like.
• Lynn (8/5): Apartment in fabulous location! - This apartment is in a fantastic location. Near the famous Shibuya Scramble. So many nearby restaurants and shops. Close to subway, yet quiet. Air conditioner worked well in bedroom. Beds were comfortable. Good space in apartment. Has a decent couch, table, chairs and kitchen basics. Washing machine and detergent! Nice place to stay. Not much in the way of decor.
• Ignitius (9/5): Awesome location, cosy Japanese stay. - The location is excellent, just minutes of walk to many lines and tucked away from the busyness of the Main Street. If there’s really a need to improve, just the sofa bed that isn’t really flat but it’s still acceptable.
• Lynn (8/5): Very fun and convenient place, definitely recommend for solo travelers or small groups. - It was very easy to get to various places, especially Shibuya crossing and the train station. Very close to convenience stores too. Aina sent a helpful guide to direct us to the flat. It can be confusing to get to. Did not realize the washer dryer would take so long to dry.

• Elaine (8/5): Enjoyed our stay! - Aina, the host, was very responsive and replied promptly to all my questions. It was on the 6th floor with elevator access. Location was perfect. In less than 5 minutes you’re in the middle of it all. Clean apartment, good air conditioning, good wifi, clean toilet and bath. She even provided umbrellas when requested. It was a bit tight for 5 adults and there were only 2 chairs with the small dining table.
