• Sofia Elena (7/5): Good apartment overall - Location was great and the informations for the flat were very clear! Overall it is a good flat in center of London with all the facilities to stay for a week. The curtains were broken so the light was coming through at night, which could be annoying for some guests.

Appartamento ben tenuto, cucina ampia e moderna e bagno accogliente. Check-in rapido . L appartamento ci è stato consegnato un paio di ore prima dell orario concordato Purtroppo per l intero soggiorno l ascensore era guasto e non è stato sistemato dal condominio. Piccolo appunto sugli accessori da bagno: qualche shampoo in aggiunta sarebbe stato gradito

• Susana (8/5): Foi positiva pelo local e pelo conforto do apartamento. - Da localização e do espaço/conforto. A limpeza fica um pouco a desejar, pois debaixo da cama estava uma bomba de asma... que foi de um cliente anterior, certamente. Também acho que deveria ter mais um ou dois edredons.

• Margaret (9/5): Clean, quiet, comfortable accommodation in prime location- would definitely stay again! - The bed was very comfy. The flat overall was clean and quiet. Both heaters worked great, so we were warm and night. Entry was easy and the building felt safe and secure. Great location nearby to tube station and bus stops. The lift didn't work. Fortunately, our group was all able to walk up four flights of stairs. But not convenient for someone who isn't capable of walking up. The shower was a little confusing to use initially. A couple of the blinds in the bedroom were broken. I informed host upon arrival, and they acknowledged and said it would be fixed. But not really a huge deal.
• Iris (8/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Es wurde schnell auf Anliegen reagiert. Wir konnten früher in die Wohnung, was wir sehr schätzten. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

• Randal (2/5): - Apartment was well appointed. Lift did not work. Emergency contact did not answer. We had to lug 4x 20kg+ bags up 4 floors (8 flight of stairs). No attempt was made to fix it and others who had occupied on of the other apartments, said it never worked, yet is is claimed on the advertisement as having a lift. Customer support messaged a day later after multiple attempts to contact them and said they would follow up, but never did. Instead proceeded to send the customary emails asking for positive reviews. Avoid at all costs unless you have light bags and dont mind walking up to the 4th floor every time you leave and enter.

The communication from the management company was excellent from start to finish. The location a 5 minute from Liverpool Street Train and Tube station was perfect. There were also lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect

Great for work or leisure. - Location was great for me as I was working in the area, also I stayed for the weekend and is was close to London Bridge so easy to get connected to all the tourist stuff too. The city living team were also very communicative and helpful!! WiFi - was not fast enough to work, could only do basic stuff like stream radio. To be fair I was not in that often, so it did not bother me

We had a little trouble with a microwave owen and the owner solved it immediately - thank you, we really appreciated it. Another advantage is that the kitchen and the room is separated by two solid wooden doors - one member of our group snores and the sound was isolated enough :). We also appreciated the lift. Location is perfect. Just few minutes by walk from the Tower. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
• Chris (9/5): A hidden away gem in the heart of London - what a beautiful, well maintained property. the shower was so nice and the bed was perfect. an amazing location and it’s quiet as well. a well stocked kitchen. it is very pricey but that seems to be the norm for London. not one thing
