• Gorbenko (7/5): - The condo was clean and in a good location. Needed more tea towels and a drain board. The frying pans should be replaced. They are scratched and worn. Supply of paper towel was inadequate. Need coffee creamer packages with the coffee.The bunk bed mattress was very uncomfortable.

• Mihaela (6/5): Not what I was expecting - Was pretty close to Kinsmen Beach and Downtown. 2 minutes with the car not walking. Walking was like 8-10 minutes. The owner was very friendly. The kitchen was pretty clean, had a clean new stove and fridge and the bedroom bed was kinda comfortable. Where to start..pretty shady neighbourhood/building, people cooking with their door open, lots of noise and doors slamming all night. The front door was damaged(I didn't feel safe to be honest), the frying pans all scratches, couldn't use any.. Dead bugs and alive bugs by the windows screen(which are mended with tape), I couldn't open any windows without bugs coming in, the smell in the condo awful, the bathroom clean but needs some improvements. It's an old, old building.. The building stairs were so disgusting I was almost running to get inside the condo, curry smell everywhere. The bunk bed noisy and missing some screws (not safe). We end up sleeping in the bedroom the three of us. In the kids room is a wardrobe but can't be used, is locked. The decor pillows smelly. I don't know where all the good reviews are coming from and I think the ranking is overrated!! If you are looking for a place just to sleep, and don't care much about comfort, it's ok. If you ask me, I will never go back there. The place needs some serious improvements. I will rank this 4 of 10. The 8.8 ranking is a joke. To be honest, we were about to leave but was nothing else available for us.

• Jocson (9/5): Fun! - Close to the beach, the place itself was clean. Owner seems really nice! some neighbours are a bunch of grouch, don’t recommend being friendly with the ppl 2 doors ahead of the place.

• Matthew (8/5): Quiet and clean little condo close to everything one needs in town. - Easy to find. close to grocery store and pubs. Full kitchen and very clean. mattresses weren’t the best. Light temperature was a bit harsh on the eyes.
