- Ngu (5/5): - Host is responsive. Unless you are very budget-conscious and don’t mind the quality of stay, I would not recommend this unit. My stay at Bintang Fairlane Residences was disappointing from the moment I stepped in, as there was an unpleasant musty smell. The environment feels quite old and poorly maintained, especially the house door, cupboards, and bathroom. There is no balcony, and the windows cannot be opened, which traps the odor inside. Only one bathroom available for the unit I stayed, and the mattress provided is far too soft for a comfortable night's sleep. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless these issues are addressed/can be replaced with another unit.
- Suraya Pengiran (9/5): 9/10 - The location. Less than 10 mins walk to Pavilion, Fahrenheit 88. Walkable distance to Jalan Alor. Next to Zus Coffee. Many nearby restaurants. Air conditioning is great in the apartment. Extra mattress, pillows, blanket and towels provided in the apartment. Fridge works great. The pool view was mesmerizing. No extra garbage bags provided. No laundry bag available. Entrance door and some furniture look like they were affected by a past flood. Guest room floor is broken. Couldn't walk on that floor area and we had to climb on the other side of the bed. The apartment have a shared bathroom and the layout looks kind of weird. To use the toilet you have to go out and enter from the hall because the owner place a large cloth hanger in the bathroom.
- dclung (6/5): - Location is good. Host is responsive. Apartment not properly clean. Stepped on broken glass 2 times and left with bleeding feet. Key hole for main door is not in good condition. Not easy to remove key from the keyhole after unlocking the door. One socket outlet is defective. Lifts have no air-conditioning and no air vent.

- WEN JUN (8/5): - The location is super convenient, the apartments lift has shorter waiting time 😄 The water in the bath tub drains very slowly, we are standing in water to shower. Second, there are no shower curtains, therefore the water splash out and pond the floor. Thats all.. btw, thanks for the place.

(10/5): Comfy stay for groups who want to enjoy Bukit Bintang wholly. - Checking in and checking out are both convenient, clean place, got enough facilities/amenities to use and everything is working as it should. Cute design/decoration, as well as strategic location with nearby access to monorail station/MRT station, love it all. Nothing to complain about its all great, just wish there were another bathroom, which couldn't really be helped.

- SANDY SUMARNI (7/5): I have no further review - A good location situated in Bukit Bintang, but you have to walk and climb a small hill to get to Sungei Wang Plaza, and walk forward then turn left up a slight hill to Pavilion. Going through these small hills is not suitable for the elderly. A nice accommodation complete with kitchenware, refrigerator, and washing machine. However, the bed sheets and pillows in the bedroom had an unpleasant smell, the Wi-Fi did not work very well, and what saddened us most was that the maid who came during our check-out was extremely rude and ill-mannered, shouting at us to leave. This is completely unacceptable for us as guests staying at the property.

- Jenny anak (7/5): Satisfied with the stay. - The place is really in the centre of town. Walking distance from sungei wang, lot 10, pavillion. A little further from Berjaya Times Square. Places to eat is just like around the corner. The toilet needed to be upgraded.

Swimming pool area is on top 26th floor and you'll have all the KL view. Places nearby by with all the foodies, just go for a walk then you'll have everything you need. Very recommended place to stay. Wanna chill?just go down by lift and you have Zues cafe and 7eleven. None

- Audrey F K (8/5): Lovely property near to malls and eateries - The property is centrally located, near to eateries and malls. The bathroom needs a bit of renovation, the shower head was broken and water was overflowing despite having the curtains.

It was clean and tidy, and the atmosphere was so homy. It was also very convenient since it was located in the city centre. We really enjoyed our stay! Just a few small suggestions: The plastic curtain at the bathtub was quite small, so after bathing, the floor got wet because the water kept splashing outside. Also, it would be great if more towels could be provided. The hair dryer wasn’t very effective — it couldn’t really dry our hair 🤣🤣. Lastly, the speaker for the projector was a bit too soft, so we couldn’t hear the audio clearly.

The space was cozy, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax and settle in. When we first arrived, we noticed the bathtub was blocked, but our host responded promptly and had it fixed right away, which we really appreciated. The host was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic just a short walk to Pavilion, Fahrenheit, Jalan Alor, and the Bukit Bintang Monorail station. It’s super convenient, especially if you’re planning to get around using public transport. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!
