• Gill (9/5): A lovely stay in a comfortable apartment - Very spacious and comfortable; some cushions would be nice on the sofa. Good location for the station and an easy walk down to the town. More sockets near the bed head needed. More information on arrival re nearby shops etc

Danach kann nicht kostenfrei storniert werden. Der Gastgeber war am Anreisetag nicht erreichbar, auch nicht über die angegebene Telefonnummer. Wir wurden kostenlos von Booking umgebucht. Vielen Dank

• Lucia Helena (10/5): Moderada. - Exatamente do que avaliei anteriormente. A dificuldade de encontrar o endereço, pois não tem referência nos detalhes. Tbm o fato de ter ladeiras, devido a minha idade (70 anos).

Grazie mille Per essere dettagliata: La wi-fi non so perché ma è lentissima dunque deve essere migliorato questo servizio. Nella sala da pranzo e cucina ci sono poche prese di corrente. Ma per il resto tutto fantastico

• Caio.Marcelo (9/5): - Apartamento muito espaçoso, bem decorado, com todos os utensílios disponíveis, novos e em perfeito estado. Camas confortáveis e banheiro amplo. Disponibilidade de máquina de lavar e secar foi um diferencial. Próximo à estação de trem. As informações de como chegar foram um pouco confusas e poderiam ser melhor explicadas. A limpeza dos móveis e banheiro do apartamento em geral estava ótima, contudo o piso estava bastante sujo e ao andar descalço no apartamento os pés ficaram bem sujos.

• Natascha (9/5): Super große Wohnung für längeren Urlaub - Sehr große Unterkunft, komplett ausgestattet und sauber. Wir waren 4 Leute und es hätten noch 2 mitkommen können. Super Lage, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist, da es wirklich wenige Minuten von Bahnhof entfernt ist. Man muss wissen, dass die Wohnung in einer Straße liegt, die nicht direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar ist.

• Qiuyan (7/5): 整洁舒适，安静入睡。 - 房源离火车站和公交站都很近，位于独栋小别墅的二楼，是新装修的房源。客厅有空调，卧室有电扇。虽然晚上仍旧热得不行，但唯一的空调已是救星。屋内提供微波炉，虽然就放在灶台和水槽边上，使用起来有点危险，但提供微波炉的房源并不常见。 房源位于一条长台阶坡道的中间，导致搬运行李有点费劲，不适合腿脚不便人士。可能是中介经营的原因，屋内提供的生活用品较少。对房客的要求不低，比如遗失钥匙罚款700瑞郎， 屋内抽烟罚款500瑞郎，遗忘东西要收取保管费300瑞郎，且只保留24小时等，让人住得战战兢兢，少了点家的感觉。

Olohuoneen vuodesohva narisi. Keittiöluutu ja tiskiharja olisivat hyvä lisä varustukseen. Tavallisten tv-kanavien näkyminen oli hankalaa/ei onnistunut.

• Schmid (9/5): It was overall a great stay except the coffee machine. I'd like to visit again. - The location is super and the rooms are clean, well organized. The only problem is the coffee machine. It looked like it was not washed properly. It had fungus inside.
• Michael (8/5): Great location in Lugano. For self catering the kitchen needs more utensils and equipment. - Great location. Large and comfortable. Internet was slow and inadequate. Kitchen wasn’t fully equipped.

• Karin (6/5): Convenient location, clean apartment, but felt sterile and cheap - Spacious and clean and pretty convenient It was sterile… no personality. They gave compostable towels in plastic bags that were terrible. Couch was slightly broken.
• Mari’s (6/5): All in all it was good. - I like that it’s close to the lake and in a quiet location I have rated low because of lack of iron. We travel a lot and need to iron our clothes every day. Parking spot is quite a challenge as there’s no option to park that is within the property
• Meseret (8/5): Nice and homie looking apartments but lacking cleanness of bedding and floor. - Facility Location is ok but very difficult to find the apartment. Bedding weren’t clean and we had to wash them before using them.
• Mindy (5/5): Passable - The location is great. The apartment is very clean. It would be helpful to have the washing machine/dryer instructions. The towels that are provided for the guests are a joke. They are disposable towels and are quite awful. I'm not sure why such a nice apartment would provide these disposable towels for the guests. We also encountered a leak under the bathroom sink that soaked the extra toilet paper roll. I contacted the host right away and told them about it and they didn't believe me. They wanted pictures, which I sent, including a video. All we asked for was a new roll of toilet paper. They wouldn't provide it and just said "there was no leak when we were last there." So that was pretty bad service. Also, the sheets on the bed can be greatly improved. They are not cotton so they move around a lot and stick to you.
