• Alison (8/5): Great family holiday base - Comfortable beds, home away from home. A great placee to unwind and relax after a day out. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. As far as I can see, any issues raised in reviews have been quickly remedied. This is a great place to stay if you have a family to accommodate. More diverse cooking utensils in the kitchen would be good.
• Gwen (8/5): Very satisfied with the accommodation for the price. - The location was very convenient for attending a family wedding in Merrimu. It was quiet, comfortable, and homely. Two of the bedside lamps didn't work. The top bed linen consisted only of a doona on each bed, with no top sheet, which meant there was no covering to use if the doona was too warm. It meant we needed to keep the air conditioning on all night to be comfortable.

• Danika (10/5): - Perfect property for a family. 3 bedrooms all together. Really beautiful yard with an undercover area, great for kids to play around and have the family to hang out. Lounge room has heating + aircon, smart TV so has Netflix, Disney+, ect. Main room is an ensuite with walk in robe, all basic amenities available throughout the house. Whole property was really clean, neat & tidy thank you cleaners ❤️!! Will definitely be booking this place in our future visits.

• Kylie (8/5): Excellent stay for purpose. - The beds were so comfortable. The loungeroom, dining and kitchen were great. The back patio and back yard were a great size for our dog. Having some pantry basics were handy. Also lots of channel options on the TV. Location to shops and restaurants was excellent. Taps kept dripping and needed to be turned off hard to stop dripping. Gardens were overgrown and the bins were very full. Bedside lamp was broken and one didn't have a globe.

Central to our daily activities We stayed for a week and there were 6 of us, I think a larger fridge freezer would have been great

There was wet towels in washing machine. No tea towel to dry dishes I used a towel. Problem with Stan freezing and going back to TV all the time .

We had a problem upon check in and they were extremely apologetic and fixed it very quickly. We had a convention nearby so the location was great and it had everything we needed for a short stay. It is an older property and it shows. Everything needs a bit of an update.

I have stayed here before and will stay again. Our only complaint for this trip was a broken shower head in the ensuite. I am sure this will be rectified before we stay again.

• Samantha (5/5): Dirty and old, would not stay again. - House size and layout was great House smelled, master suite shower sprayed every direction except down, floors were dirty, kitchen drawers were dirty, bedroom door falling apart and door handle fell off, cigarette butts in the outdoor alfresco, towels provided were very old and not absorbant. Would not stay again.

• Louise (6/5): Definitely Worth staying herr It is cheap. You get what you paid for. - It was comfortable. The light was left on and it was welcoming. You could see their was effort to make it nice and homely. It's worth staying here. You do get what you paid for though. It's an old home. It's a perfect stay for a family. It is huge! 2 bathrooms. Huge backyard. Toys for kids There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner. There was a small watered down ammount of body wash in a very used and sticky Coles brand soap dispenser. I don't mind Coles brand but some effort for soap isn't hard. Especially when it's Coles brand. Also, the place was "clean" but it was sticky. The benches and tables felt sticky

• Pelenaise (10/5): Cute beautiful home!! - It is a cute beautiful home, my kids and husband and I all loved our stay. We are a family of 7 so it is hard to find places to accomodate us at affordable prices but this property did not dissapoint! Would recommend this place for families and me and my family will definitely stay there again if we go to Melton again😊. Also the hosts communicate and respond very quickly!!😊 Nothing at all!
• Linda (10/5): Exceptional - A nice quiet location. You'd have to be a hard to please person to not like it. There was plenty of rooms and space. Outside was a great entertainment area but I didn't get a chance to use it
• Aamir (8/5): Great place for family with kids - Size and layout of property is really good. Can easily accommodate upto 7 guests. Ideal for family with kids. Neighborhood is quiet , refreshing to hear many birds early in the morning Few small bits, attention to details that will help to improve it further. In master bedroom toilet, there is no place to put body shower. Keeping two taps , one for hot and one for cold requires us to waste some water to reach right mix that’s not environmentally friendly. It will help to replace these with more environmentally friendly modern taps , both in washing basin and shower area.

Back door hard to open and close. Beds in 2 rooms were bit uncomfortable. Fits 6 comfortably not 8 as advertised. TV remote didn't work.

Would recommend 100% and great owners very friendly when we spoke on the phone - Spacious, gave us extra freedom, house was beautifully presented, 100% would recommend and we would deffiantly stay again Couldn't really fault much apart from the cleanliness wasn't 100% l, were coffee marks on thr bench and lollipop sticks in the bathroom/ toilet. Also, hubby said darts for dartboard need upgrading. There was no dryer, would deffiantly be handy in the colder/ winter months.
