• Susan (10/5): The apartment was exactly what we needed for our short stay in London. Easy to get around and very close to the train st - Comfortable and in a fantastic location. Responsive host.
• Anni-Irene (10/5): Good lovely spacey room near tube, really enjoyed our stay - Good area, close to the tube and other connections. Got help easily if needed and felt like we were taken care of. Room is as shown in pictures and everything was good!
• Alicja (10/5): Very nice place to stay with a comfortable bed - The apartment was very clean, the neighborhood was lovely and calm. I would generally recommend it. The bed was comfortable. There was a shower with a "normal" water control with a mixer which is rare in the UK and we were very happy to see it - the separate hot/cold controls can be challenging if you're not used to it (somehow I always manage to burn myself), so it was great to have a mixer. The owner and staff were very polite. As remarked in the description there is an ongoing renovation in the common areas but we didn't find any disturbance due to it - once the workers asked us to pay attention to fresh paint on the railing, but otherwise we didn't even see / hear them. Minor things that could be improved - I would add a few more cups (so you don't need to immediately wash dishes if you want to have both tea and coffee for everyone) and a few more small spoons / more cutlery in general. The bathtub didn't have a plug which can be an issue if you want a longer bath (showerhead and curtain was fine).
• belinda (8/5): Per Londra è una buona soluzione - Premetto che, dalle ricerche piuttosto approfondite che ho fatto su booking, a mio parere la struttura è una delle migliori opzioni per questa fascia di prezzo, che, per gli standard londinesi è economica. nella medesima fascia di prezzo si trovano infatti camere di 9 metri, appartamenti in scantinati, oppure senza finestre, freddi ecc. ecc. Questo appartamento è al quarto piano, il riscaldamento funziona bene, ci sono tre finestre che illuminano l'ampia stanza e affacciano su un quartiere elegante, tranquillo e sicuro. Ritengo che difficilmente troverete una soluzione migliore di questa. Ciò premesso, va sottolineato anche che la struttura è in ristrutturazione, quindi per salire nell'appartamento si percorrono scale e pianerottoli impolverati (l'appartamento era pulito e i lavori non ci hanno mai disturbati). Le scale sono meno di quelle che un quarto piano lascerebbe intendere, essendo calcolato anche il piano terra ed essendoci un paio di rampe corte, ma l'ultima rampa è ripida, stretta e senza corrimano, per cui nella discesa con valigie occorre un po' di attenzione. Aggiungo che la metropolitana è a due passi, così come la fermata del bus. ci sono negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze ma la zona è tranquilla e silenziosa. Il wifi funziona bene Il letto a una piazza e mezzo. Il bagno, al di là della ovvia assenza del bidet, è dotato di una vasca con la solita tendina che ti si appiccica addosso quando azioni la doccia, anch'essa un po' raffazzonata con una vecchia struttura non funzionante, che andrebbe rimossa, e un nuovo soffione collegato direttamente al rubinetto, che quindi non si può usare. dotazione di due teli di media grandezza, due piccoli asciugamani e una (1) lavette per un soggiorno di otto notti. Segnalo, infine, che ottenere risposta dalla struttura alla domanda sulla possibilità di check in anticipato o sulla disponibilità del deposito bagagli è stato particolarmente lungo e complicato. Alla fine il deposito bagagli, che su booking risulta disponibile a pagamento, in realtà non c'è. A noi è stato proposto di lasciare i bagagli nel seminterrato incustodito a nostro rischio e pericolo. Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato un deposito bagagli a pagamento nelle vicinanze. Il check in, diversamente da quanto indicato, non è "in presenza" ma la chiave viene fornita in una keybox. tutto sommato, meglio così, ma anche in questo caso basta essere chiari ed esplicitarlo. Non ricevendo risposte dalla struttura e temendo un brutto epilogo, ho effettuato ulteriori ricerche di altre strutture ma, come dicevo prima, in questa fascia di prezzo, pur con tutto quanto segnalato, l'appartamento rimane una delle opzioni migliori

• Claire (6/5): An ok apartment in a convenient location - Great location for Earl's Court tube station, supermarkets and places to eat, which are all within easy walking distance. The building manager's english was poor, and she didn't answer her phone when we called to say that we had arrived at the property or reply to a text that I sent with a question that we had, which is not what you would expect from the main point of contact at a property. We also found the sofa bed really uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time, and the shower wasn't the best.
• Guus (7/5): Appartement oké maar nog niet verhuurbaar door verbouwing - Goede ligging tov metro. Mooie rustige straat. Binnen in het appartement is het oké Het huis stond in de steigers en er waren bouwvakkers aan het werk. Het trappenhuis nog ongeverfd, hout voor verbouwing ligt langs de traptreden. De appartementen beneden worden allemaal verbouwd terwijl je er bent. Geschuurd aan buitenkant overdag. Er was niemand om ons te ontvangen, de werkmannen hebben ons binnengelaten.

• Jan-Hendrik (8/5): - Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich ideal. Man erreicht die U-Bahn, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und maximal 5 Minuten. Die steilen Treppen ;-)
• Renata (10/5): - Appartamento pulito dotato di tutto,stoviglie,ferro da stiro, asciugamani ecc. Padrona molto gentile venuta da sola accendere TV che non eravamo capaci usare. Posto dove si trova è molto tranquillo allora si dorme bene come a casa. Non guardate i commenti negativi del lavandino piccolo e altre cagate io lo consiglio. Sono già curiosa come sarà tutto edificio quando finisce ristrutturazione.
• Yeray (7/5): - La ubicación y el barrio. La decoración y comodidad. Contestan rápido, son atentos y considerados. Por lo que he visto, hace año y pico que hay reseñas de que están en obras en todas las escaleras y demás. Da inseguridad y mala impresión. Es verdad que el como se cierra la puerta de la casa no da buen rollo. Por otro lado, quiero pensar que la puerta del baño así como la ducha la tienen pendiente de arreglar con toda la obra que están haciendo. Tendrían que aclarar en la descripción del alojamiento, que el traslado gratuito al aeropuerto significa que solo te hacen de intermediario, lo cual es lógico porque.

• Amelia (10/5): Great location it was a very lovely apartment! - Great location, the hosts were so helpful in accommodating our early arrival. The apartment was clean and had excellent homely touches, I can’t wait to stay again!
• Martin (8/5): - Clean and cozy, with the option to make tea or coffee. The internet was reasonably fast. Despite being close to the highway, I didn’t notice any significant noise. Shops and fast food restaurants are nearby. The only thing I missed was a small fridge – it would have been useful.

• Carrina (9/5): Cosy apartment - How cosy the apartment was, it felt like a comfortable place to stay for a while. It was an excellent apartment and would stay again The window seals are not fully sealed and let a bit of noise and airflow through despite the windows being shut.

• Cyrene (8/5): Perfect stay in London for the two of us - Quiet street, so close to Earls Court station, very convenient to get around and having cafes, restaurants and grocery stores close if you needed them there without going far.
• Olivia (6/5): Good location, annoyed about the bad smell. - Great location and good value for money For the duration on our stay (three days) there was a very bad smell coming out of the bathroom so much so that we actually couldn’t shower. We contacted the owner through booking.com but nothing was done to rectify this smell.
• Sarah (3/5): I think this property should not be available to rent until renovations and safety measures are resolved and completed. - Julio the manager met us at the property and showed us to our room on the 4th floor. Bedding was clean and had good basic kitchen supplies, and the bathroom had clean towel, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I received a message from the owner on 21st July, a week before our stay, to say there would be remedial work on the public areas of the properly and that work would be carried out between 8 and 5 but hoed to keep noise levels down. After reading this I wasn’t too worried but when we arrived at the property we were greeted by what I can only describe as a building site !. Newly drying plastered walls, bags of plaster, minimum lighting due to no light switches and coiled and sprouting wires from walls. This state continued up the 4 floors, along with ladders and equipment waiting to be used. Our room was very hot, due to the temperature of the day so we opened the 3 sash windows to let air in and used the electric fan, however keeping the windows wide open all day and night would not be safe with a young child ( our daughter is 17), so I do feel that some kind of grill or shutter needs adding to windows to prevent falling!. The bath had a large static shower but this wasn’t connected and the room was in need of a paint and good clean, having bits of tissue paper wedged into holes in the ceilings and walls. The owner messaged me to ask for 5stars feedback and only share improvements with her but that wouldn’t be fair to people like myself who were looking for a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay for a break in London. The photos also advertise a green space of land but there isn’t any!.

Cleanliness of the apartment The major works going on in the hallway The extremely steep stairs up at the top to the apartment with no way to put a light on until you got to the top Windows were dirty,the taps and sinks weren't clean, old overhead shower left hanging partially on the wall.

• Lizbeth (7/5): Value for money. - Great location, light and airy room. Everything was clean. Though the room was clean, the building itself is dirty and smells of mould. The bathroom needs updating and the door would not close properly. The shower curtain was dingy. The split-level layout can catch you out and we tripped several times.

• Michelle (9/5): Earl's Court the place to stay - Excellent location close to Earl's Court tube station. Lovely bright flat with comfortable bed and kitchenette. Close to Tesco to buy food to cook and there was a microwave and stove for home cooking. Coffee machine was a nice surprise with a small amount of coffee pods. Tea bags, instant coffee and sugar were also provided. Contact from Veena and Julio was excellent and we were able to be flexible in arrival times with little issue. We arrived early and dropped our bags off which meant we could spend the day exploring London. TV had no antennae so could only use streaming service. On top floor so awkward to carry heavy bags. Common areas are currently undergoing renovation, so it looks a little tired however the flat itself was lovely.
• Chris (9/5): Superb - Despite being close to the busy Warwick Road, the area was remarkably quiet, both at night and in the morning. The bed was very conmfortable and the kitchen well appointed. The host had provided tea, coffee and sugar which was welcome. The Wi-fi was good and the TV of a good size for the apartment. I was working at Kensington Olympia, which is a pleasant 15 minute stroll, but if the weather is not good, Earls Court underground station is only a couple of hundred metres away. The flat is situated at the top of the house, so there are 5 flights of stairs to negotiate, bear this in mind if you have heavy luggage.
