• John (10/5): Great stay! Thanks for having us! - Awesome stay in good location. Everything was clean and organized. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Can get loud at night since it is on top of a bar. However, this was expected.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Good for large groups - We liked the bathroom setup, kitchen table and hang out area. The pods were a cool concept and worked well for our larger group. It would be important to know it is above a bar so if you are not visiting to go clubbing it might be loud for sleeping.

• Marjorie (10/5): Sublime, a little bit of a walk to the metro, but the avenue had so many interesting things we love getting to see and e - The location was fantastic - right at the beginning of many miles of a pedestrian street filled with interesting shops, food store and restaurants with outdoor cafes. We stayed in the apartment with 5 grandkids ranging in age from 5 - 14. They loved sleeping in the very comfortable pods. All of the amenities were there, did not need anything that was not provided for. Even though we had street frontage on two sides, the apartment was very quiet. The super graphics and interior design were top notch and very cleverly done. The roof deck was too noisy to use comfortably because of the ac units.

• Steve (10/5): A well-designed, forward-thinking accommodation that is comfortable, and a memorable experience. - The location is exceptional! The accommodation is in an area where locals live, and many terrific businesses operate. The apartment is a window-laden, 2nd floor overlooking a main intersection provides a front row seat to observe and immerse in the neighborhood and its vibe. The apartment's amenities are unique, smartly functional, and a joy to explore and use. In our case–a family of five–we enjoyed the forward-thinking bed pods that are comfortable, private and well set up with charging stations, reading lights and fans for airflow. The bathroom setup with three private shower stalls, well-lit vanities, and private toilet chambers worked really well for us, and would for any group. Other Highlights: - The door code system is easy in/out. - The HVAC system kept the unit cool. - The kitchen is well-furnished, and main living/dining area is spacious, inviting, cozy, and communal. - The sound system was an unexpected delight with many speakers thoughtfully mounted throughout the unit for maximum listening impact (speakers are in the common spaces, two in the shower area – perfect for good energy when getting ready to go out – and lastly, correctly, no speakers are placed in the bedroom for those who want solace). - Skateboards. Longboards. Yes, two of them. We didn't use them, but they're great for those who love to ride, and may want to get around the neighborhood more quickly. - Great lighting, particularly the night lighting along the common area/hallways, and the under bed storage drawers. - Great kitchen - Filtered water - Ample laundry - Outdoor space - The list goes on and on. Parking Passes: - Less complicated than other reviews may make this out to be. It's true that you have to find a valid spot, but for $8/daily, a parking pass (Zone PMR02) can be acquired from the pass dispenser that is steps away.

• Garrett (10/5): Excellent property and would recommend to anyone traveling in a group to Montreal - A group of 6 of us stayed here for the 2024 Grand Prix. Very easy to check in and gain access to the property. Facilities are excellent in the property and the pictures listed on the ad are very accurate. 3 separate toilets and 3 separate showers with four sinks. The beds were very comfortable, and the hosts did an excellent job in setting each bed up. All beds have 2 USB and 2 standard power outlets, an adjustable light, a small fan, and a privacy curtain that blocks out the light very well. The kitchen/ living space is really well equipped and very comfortable. Full clothes washing and drying facilities and the balcony is a great addition. The location is really convenient with a 1.5km walk to the Metro which will connect you with everywhere. There are loads of bars and excellent restaurants/ cafes right beside the property.
