• Linda (8/5): All in all, our stay was very good. House is comfortable enough for 16 people - Location was perfect. Nice walking area, and close to the beautiful Van Dusen Botanical Gardens but a car is needed to get to popular tourist sites. 1. Neither of the two TVs worked even after we requested help from the owner 2. Hooks and towels rails would have been a HUGE help in the downstairs en suite bathroom. Nowhere to hang clothes. Nowhere to hang towels. Otherwise, facilities were fine. 3. A variety of tea bags would have been welcome. Also a full bottle of olive oil (the one in the cupboard was empty)

• John (8/5): Great house for large group, quiet neighborhood. You will need a car. - Excellent, quiet neighborhood. Easy to sleep well! Depending on traffic it is 18-32 minutes to Yale town, Gas Town or Coal harbor. You can walk 15-18 minutes to train with quick stops to downtown. Not enough space to “hang out” with 14 in Our group all at once. Black mold along shower stall door and floor tile.

• Mai (9/5): Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a big group - The location was great, right in between downtown Vancouver and Richmond, where we spent most of our time. The neighborhood was nice and quite. We felt really safe. The house was huge! It had more than enough beds and bathrooms for our group of 11. They provided toiletries beyond what most houses/airbnb options provide ex. disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste, disposable razors, shower caps etc.... The house is older so some of the bathrooms are outdated. There was a small living room with one couch and two chairs so it was a bit hard to gather as a big group. We ended up hanging out at the dinning table. It would be nice to have a more comfortable gathering area.
• Bruce (10/5): If you have a large group and want a nice neighborhood, this is the house. We would stay here again! - Great Location in a very clean neighborhood. It's only a 2-4 miles to downtown Vancouver area and close to several nice parks. The house is a bit dated compared to other vacation spots we travel, but we expected that since it's just how the pictures show. The positive thing is there was plenty of room with 8 beds and so many baths, it worked out perfect for our party of 15 people.

• Pannaporn (10/5): We highly recommended this place. - The space and facilities of the house are suitable for 16 people. We stayed for 3 nights and we cooked everyday so conveniently. The owner is so generous and very helpful. There was a minor problem from the AC that the owner said that the mechanic would come and fix it in a week.
