• Udo (7/5): Ein guter Aufenthalt in einer durchschnittlichen Wohnung in bester Lage - Die zentrale aber für Mailand verhältnismäßig ruhige Lage in einem lebendigen Quartier mit guter Erreichbarkeit von Metro-, Straßenbahn- und Buslinien ist hervorragend. Der Wochenmarkt vor der Haustüre, Parks, Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe sind toll, und die Shops an der Porta Nuova sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut und die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Gefallen hat uns auch der kleine Balkon an der Via Sebenico. Das unpersönliche Management der Wohnung ohne persönlichen Kontakt zu den Eigentümern hat uns nicht überzeugt. Der Zugang zur Wohnung im Hinterhof ist trotz schriftlicher Anweisungen Anfangs nicht leicht zu finden. Das Bad ist recht klein, die Dusche war defekt, und in der Wohnung hielt sich (wohl wegen mangelnder Wartung des Dunstabzuges in der Küche) ein unangenehmer Küchengeruch nach Fisch.

• Frederik (8/5): Super vært og super område - Super område og praktisk og god lejlighed. God kommunikation med udlejer. Super værtsskab. Lejligheden lugtede desværre af cigaretrøg ved ankomst. Vi fik luftet ud og det forsvandt nogenlunde.

Timp de 24 de ore nu am avut apa calda si caldura.Abia dupa ce am facut reclamatia pe booking, au trimis pe cineva sa rezolve problema.Afost groaznic, nu am putut face dus, am dormint cu fiicele mele in acelasi pat si am aprins cuptorul de gatit ca sa se faca cat de cat cald .. Doamne ajuta ca functiona!

Buona posizione - Pulito e abbastanza nuovo Alcuni servizi poco funzionanti, ho chiamato perché non veniva l’acqua calda. La persiana della terrazza non si apriva, una maniglia rotta e la doccia poco funzionante
• Vladimir (8/5): Vlado - Good place to stay for several days. Actually it looks bigger in the pictures. Very well equipped, clean and in peaceful neighborhood. The aircondition is noisy. Some things in the bathroom needs repair.

• Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - Well located, easy acces from the train station. The neighborhood offers wide range of amenities. Being on a quiet street allows you to have the peace&quiet needed after a day or night out in the city. If you don’t mind walking the city center can be easily reached on foot passing through very nice areas of the city. The apartment was super-clean and offers a full functional kitchen but I would highly recommend trying the restaurants in the area

• V (9/5): Overall very comfortable stay and great location - The apartment was well-equipped, clean and relatively new. Close to the metro station Isola, around 10 min walk to a large shopping center. Central station was about 15 min walk which was do-able for us with luggage. Street market right outside the building on Saturday. We like the "slightly off the busiest part" of the city, but remains very accessible to major tourist attractions by metro in 10+ min or so. We went for dinner at Moscova and pleasantly walk back to the apartment in 20 min or so. Our host was very responsive to instant messages and provided clear instructions. The apartment resides in a historical building on the first floor. There is a lift but was not operating during our 3-night stay so beware if you have heavy or bulky luggage. The front door of the apartment was particularly difficult to lock. The bathroom is small compared with the size of overall apartment. There was a hiccup on one evening but the host sent us a solution to try which obviously not the first time it happened 😏 but it worked out fine. Having said that, all these were minor issues to us.

• Zirui (8/5): Great - The location is wonderful which near to a station with 5mins walk. The furniture looks brand new. The sofa bed is uncomfortable and the bedding is too thin.
• Valeria (10/5): Great stay! - Great apartment in a very nice area. Comfy, with a lot of nice details, quiet, big bed, good shower, coffee machine. There’s a grocery nearby and good restaurants + a lovely park with a kids area at Bosco Verticale. Would definitely recommend this apartment and already miss it. The host is super nice and always in touch.
