• Mitchel (8/5): Spacious appartment with nice view - Nice and spacious appartment with an amazing view Only thing that could have been improved is that we hade to wait quite some time upon arrival for someone to welcome us into the appartment.
• Helen (6/5): A little tired - Lovely views and terrace outside if weather permitting Great hairdryer Quiet building Very noisy at night, hear trains, cars, people etc Couldn't open windows in one of bedrooms, stuffy. Kitchen could do with upgrade, toaster old just about worked. No tea towel to dry dishes had to use hand towel. Very difficult to use toilet with door shut so small! Mostly a residential block it seemed.. No convenience store nearby. Bit dusty in bedrooms.

• Alison (8/5): Largely met our needs and very convenient - Clean, comfortable and convenient. Bathroom and toilet very small - could hardly get in and out. Also internal stairs which I didn’t realize. Limited kitchen and laundry facilities. But good value for money if using just to sleep. Helpful manager

Nice balcony Toilet was so small you couldn’t get in and close the door Property is on 10th floor of block of flats and didn’t feel overly safe in the neighbourhood.
• Jan (7/5): Lovely stay. Apartment block looks intimidating from outside however inside the room is great. Spacious and well-equipp - Flat was well equipped and spacious Needed updating - broken windows which would shut once opened

• Daniel (8/5): Great Apartment - Great apartment. It’s a duplex with two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee, tea, and basic kitchen supplies are provided. There’s a 24-hour market just a 4-minute walk away. The host responds quickly and is attentive. A bit noisy due to the busy area with lots of cars, but that's hard to avoid in London. A fan in the apartment would be appreciated.

• Jane (10/5): Excellent location - Excellent location easy to get around. Comfy bed. Lovely little balcony. Very secure entry . Quiet. Just the outside let it down a little but it didn't spoil our stay . Lots of sirens on a night coming from a small yorkshire town we were not used to this!

• Kelly (3/5): Disaapointing - Not what it is advertised as! We stayed here in March 2024 for one night. From the advert, we thought this was a well presented apartment in Canada Water with picturesque London views. That is not what it is. It is a high rise block of flats 15 minutes away from Canada Water (picture attached). None of the photos in the advert are an accurate representation of what it actually is. We gave an hours notice of our arrival as requested. Check in opens from 2pm and we advised that we would be there at 3pm. We then gave 5 minutes notice and was told to head up to 10th floor where the flat is. The cleaner eventually opened the door and we were summoned upstairs whilst he finished cleaning. It was incredibly awkward. We were disappointed to see that the fridge was dirty and the apartment is generally uncared for. One of the windows in the bedroom was missing its handle and we were therefore unable to shut it the window at all. The radiators upstairs did not work and it was very cold. We are incredibly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend staying here.
• Carl (10/5): Perfect Property - Well presented property with spectacular views. Very clean spacious and well equipped property. Very good value for money.
• Anonymous (9/5): Would definitely stay again - Property was set out nicely and had everything we needed, and was in perfect location to the O2, only a 15 min walk from Canada Water station and 10 min walk from a shopping centre. Property got very cold, didn’t seem as though heating was working at all.
• Nia (7/5): Clean and comfortable flat on two levels, good location. Two good size bedrooms with double beds. - Location was good, just a few minutes from Surrey Quay tube station. It was great for three adults for one night stay.
