• Chiara (7/5): - Tutto Nei nostri giorni stavano ristrutturando l’esterno , quindi interno buio e fresco e rumoroso.
• Wioletta (1/5): NEVER EVER - The reality is far from what is shown in the photos on Booking.com. The walls are damp and moldy, and the bathroom window is peeling from old paint. The kettle was full of limescale (I had to fix it on my own, because with owner was bad conection), the soap dispenser is rusty, and the towels aren't properly washed. Overall, the apartment doesn't feel clean or well-maintained. However, the worst issue is the ongoing facade renovation. From 7:00 a.m. workers are drilling and hammering outside, making it impossible to rest, let alone sleep. This was never mentioned in the listing, and it significantly impacts the comfort of the stay. In my opinion, the apartment either needs to be properly renovated, or the price should be reduced and the photos updated to reflect the real condition. Most importantly, during such heavy construction works, the apartment shouldn't be rented out at all. For my complaining the host kept saying that no one had ever complained before and that everything was fine, claiming the building renovation was just a minor inconvenience. In reality, it was very unpleasant — such arrogance and a clear attempt to take advantage of guests.
• Ying (9/5): Great apartment - It was in a nice neighborhood and well kept. The owner was very responsive when we had questions and also when there was a little problem. Cristian responded within seconds! It was lovely to stay at we were there for 4 days. It was a little noisy but that is to be expected in Italy, thin walls but fine because everyone keeps quiet after certain hours.

• Guest (1/5): No se puede alquilar un apartamento que tiene problemas de cucarachas - La ubicación era la que se buscaba porque está cerca de la universidad, pero está lejos del centro de la ciudad fueron mi hija y unas amigas por un viaje para visitar la universidad. al segundo día se encontraron cucarachas e insectos. Lo indicamos al propietario a la salida y nos dijo que había un servicio de desinfección cada tres meses, lo cual indica que tienen constantemente ese problema.

• Nowak (9/5): Overall amazing stay! great location and easy communication with host - very easy to get to central milan! easy and simple access and very clean broken shower head holder. poor design of shower increasing probability of flooding the bathroom if showering not carefully
• Marika (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful apartment in a quiet neighborhood. 7 minutes from the metro. Surrounded by beautiful cafes. There is a supermarket nearby, a shop where you can buy delicious bread and pastries. Most importantly, a very attentive host. He answered our questions quickly. I recommend it boldly The electric kettle was very old.

Process of the check in and check out was very smooth due to 24/7, we appreciate it due to late and early flight. We got clear instructions.Very good experience, we recommend.

• Irina (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet place in a residential area. There is a bus stop nearby. The metro and tram are 7 minutes walk away. Within walking distance are two supermarkets Eurospin and Carrefour. There are many pizzerias/restaurants around. The city center can be reached in 25 minutes by metro. The apartment has 2 new air conditioners. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob. The water in the sink (bathroom) does not drain well. Need to add seals to the front door because there are noises coming from outside.
