• Katrina (7/5): Nice apartment with a great view and good location. - The view is amazing and it has a lot of space. The heating was good and a nice balcony. Good location between the beach and the centre. The shower holder was broken.

• Pinelopi (8/5): - Θα προτιμούσα να είχε περισσότερη καθαριότητα όσον αφορά τις μέρες που έμεινα,περισσότερο ρολό χαρτί υγείας,αλλαγή πετσέτες πιο καθημερινά και το στρώμα σίγουρα χρειάζεται αλλαγή γιατί κάνει λακούβα στη μέση για δύο άτομα.
• Kyriakidis (4/5): - Ωραία τοποθεσία, ακριβώς απο κατω εχει στάση λεωφορείου , και λιγο πιο πισω πιάτσα ταξι. Σε κοντινή τοποθεσία απ το σπιτι έχει πολλά να κάνεις . Το δωμάτιο το βρήκα σε κακή κατάσταση, αρκετά βρώμικο και με πολύ κακη μυρωδιά, η οποία , αν και μετά απο συνεννόηση με τον ιδιοκτήτη , καθαρίστηκε εκ νέου το δωμάτιο, την επόμενη μέρα η μυρωδιά υπήρχε ακομα. Στην περιγραφή του δωματίου γράφει οτι για την πρόσβαση στο δωμάτιο σταματάς στον πέμπτο όροφο, και μετα απο λίγα σκαλιά, φτανεις στον εκτο όροφο, του σπιτιού. Τα σκαλιά λοιπόν, δεν ειναι λίγα, οποτε σε περίπτωση που έχετε βαλίτσες ισως ταλαιπωρηθείτε. Πάρκινγκ δεν εχει κάποιο δικο του απ ο,τι παρατήρησα, οπότε τις καθημερινές θα έχετε θεμα.

• Dimitris Vasilopoulos (9/5): - Convenient location for business trip nearby numerous of commercial organizations. Nice panoramic view. Good value for money. Overall impression of the equipment, electric and plumbing arrangements of the apartment need some treatment. Old building.

• Roxana (6/5): Buena opción unos días en Atenas - que estaba cerca del centro de conferencias donde tenía que asistir los distintos desniveles del suelo, que se notaba que no era un piso, sino una oficina convertida en piso.

• Bantouna (10/5): Exceptional - Very close to the conference we had at Marriott Hotel, comfortable, clean and practical. Fully equipped with everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive and parking was a nice addition since it is hard to find in the area
• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - For us location was top, and I loved the parking in front and the small balcony. I could sit have tea and enjoy the view Would have been nice to be bit warmer on arrival, but it heated up soon enough
• Eleni.rg (5/5): Needs some improvement - It had a nice view. The staircase was very dirty, and the toilet seat was broken. The pillow cases had mold. They had no broom or mop to dry up the washroom. Had moldy smell.

• Arnold (9/5): Superb - The apartment was on the main road right in Athens. The city bus stop was right in front of the building and the hop-on hop-off bus stops we're about 200 300 ft down the street. And there was parking for your car in front of the building off of the street which is a big plus. We found two local restaurants all within a block of the building that were fantastic service Great staff and had very reasonable pricing and we brought home leftovers each night. Only because we both are older and having problems with our legs this last few steps that you have to take after you get out of the elevator we just took a little time and we did fine. And late at night you have to keep the windows closed because the motorcycles start running about a hundred plus miles an hour down the street and some of them are fairly loud but it's not to the point to where it wakes you up. And with this said we are staying one more time in the apartment and if we ever come back we will stay here again.
• Nikola (7/5): The location is perfect, you have literally everything nearby, private parking is also available. But the ac is horrible - The location Bad ac and no ventilation in the toilet, you literally cant breath in the shower
• Danai (8/5): Value for money! - We liked the nice view, the cleanness of the room and the confort of the matress. The electricity network cannot support many electrical loads, so the fuse fails when many appliances (e.g. hairdryer, air conditioning, etc.) are plugged in.
