- Kim (10/5): Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. - Nice and clean and modern. Short walk into city. Quiet area. Great cafe right next door. Secure parking. No complimentary condiments. Would have been nice to have teabag and coffee supplies.
- Ming (1/5): Overall, the place was not well maintained. - The location is considered near the CBD and within walking distance to Queen Victoria Market. The check-in details were unclear, and we had to figure things out on our own. The hair dryer and kettle were in poor condition and seemed unusable.
- Liam (3/5): Not good value for money. - The balcony was nice and private. This apartment was not worth the money( I have stayed at crown for this price). It was much smaller than it apears, the bed was small and uncomfortable and the TV wouldn't show any channels even after searching for them. I had to ask for the wifi password as it wasn't supplied.
Check-in was difficult, and I had to walk 2-3 city blocks up and down a hill to get to a lock box to get the key. The pass code I was given was incorrect, and then when contacting the owner to fix the issue, they took a while to answer, and the phone number provided was disconnected. The details for finding the carpark on site were not clear and ended up parking on the street overnight as all the carparks were numbered but not in order.
I also found the checkout to be much more than usual for stays in Melbourne. Needing to return the key again down the street, wash and pack away dishes and take rubbish to the disposal.
