• Anna (9/5): - Das Apartment liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Innenhof und befindet sich direkt zwischen zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen, mit der man gut in die Innenstadt kommt. Außerdem ist das Apartment groß genug für 4 Personen, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wirklich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es war wirklich alles wunderbar. Das zweite Doppelbett war für zwei erwachsene Personen recht schmal (140x200 glaube ich), aber für uns war das jetzt kein Problem.
• KLP (10/5): - Sehr schöne geräumige Unterkunft, in der man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Meine Kollegen waren super zufrieden und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. 👍
• Karl (5/5): Big apartment and good location but a lot of disturbances from neighboring apartments!!! - The location in Pankow was very good, close to trams. Host was very friendly. Apartment was big enough and clean. Apartment is NOT for older people like us. A lot of nightly activity and parties by young tenants. Friday, 29. March there was loud music and a lot of yelling. Someone must have intervened, as just after midnight the noise suddenly stopped completely. On Thursday, 4. April, there was a big group of young ladies, who yelled and sang loudly from midnight until 3 am in the morning. The yard is a dump! See photos. At that price (162 € a night) you would expect a nicer environment!? Our apartment 7 was poorly soundproof. You could hear people coming back at night, talk next door and the screeching noise of moving chairs! This impaired sleeping a great deal! The walk-in shower area was huge. The bathroom sink was tiny and no shelves to place any toiletries.
• Samuel (10/5): The living space was modern, bright and plenty of space. Perfect apartment for the price, location and unique design. Pl - Great apartment design with plenty of space to entertain. Host was excellent with communication, no problems encountered on arrival or throughout stay. Perfect location only a short tram ride into the city centre, tram stop less than a 4 minute walk away. Bedrooms both had plenty of space and very comfortable. Bathroom was large with enormous shower space. Nothing, it was perfect! Would definitely recommend!
• Adrian (5/5): Passable - Convenient location Facilities were poor, sound proofing of rooms/toilets/other apartments very poor. Not enough storage for luggage/clothes for an apartment. The mattresses were very uncomfortable.
• Rodion (9/5): Nice and comfortable apartment. - This apartment is located near a tram station, so it is easy to get to the city centre. This apartment is a good combination of facilities and price: there are three different sleeping areas, which can be used by three couples. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable to use. I really liked the fact that this apartment has all the kitchen appliances: normal size sink, stove, fridge and even an oven. Lack of space for toiletries in the bathroom: there's definitely not enough room on the sink, and the little metal table (which I think is there for that reason) is super noisy.

• Nurlan (8/5): Very good - Cozy place, with modern design. Very good location, even there is a shop next to entrance. Parking was close to hotel and not that crowded to find a place.
• Caroline (8/5): Great accommodatio at a competitive price. Location a little further out, but good connections. - Great property for a reasonable price. Very clean & hosts were communicative & clear with instructions on how to enter the property, etc. Easy to access and felt very safe. Good cooking facilities & comfortable area to work from. Location is okay, generally do need to use public transport to get in to central as it's a far walk away. Good choice of restaurants and corner shops nearby. Ubers also cheap to get around. Walls quite thin & can hear music from other apartments.
