In fat we received it after the expected time and were obliged to call to have it
• Pim (8/5): Echt een aanrader. Mooie prijs zo centraal! - Super locatie. Dichtbij fijn, lokaal winkelcentrum. Veel ruimte, complete keuken inclusief vaatwasser en wasmachine. Zachte bedden, TV met goede wifi en apps. Sowieso goede WiFi ook. Ook heel goede communicatie, snel en heel volledig 👍 De 2 persoonbedden zijn erg kort. Voor mij (1,92) echt veel te kort. De losse douche stonk, die stank ging weg als we hem even lieten doorlopen maar 2 dagen later toch weer stinken. Deur dicht gedaan en toen was het opgelost, goed om even naar te kijken. En nog een tip: wij waren er 4 dagen en kregen maar 1 handdoek per persoon. Dit had iets meer mogen zijn nog. Verder echt super genoten daar!

Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit mais c'était parfait. Je regrette que l'hôte n'ait jamais répondu à nos messages. Nous n'avons eu aucune réponses à notre demande de pouvoir laisser nos bagages en attendant le check in. Positive ou négative une réponse aurait été appréciable. Les seuls messages reçus sont des messages automatiques pour le check in et le check out. Heureusement les messages sont assez détaillés et utiles.

• Russell (9/5): Loved the location great amount of space would stay here again - Location was wonderful shopping center right next door near metro, 2 showers great, very clean well maintained, good amount of space, could drop off luggage early host was responsive The pillows in the bedroom are lumpy not great 2 for pullout couch were much better; also all beds need a flat sheet not just thick comforter - if hot in room your options are thick comforter or nothing flat thin sheet needed on all beds and replace bedroom pillows - needs a few more only 8 pillows total in apartment for 5 beds

• Claire (9/5): Perfect London Location - Location was excellent, close to Euston, at Pancras, kings cross and underground. Next door to a brilliant little shopping centre. Apartment was great for 4 adults. Comfortable, facilities were great. Large apartment. Communication was excellent and gaining access was a breeze. The apartment is a little tired and as others have said could do with a second toilet. However it met all our needs and would definitely stay again.

Had everything we needed for a 1-night stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. Slightly basic just in terms of decor, maybe slightly outdated but definitely not an issue at all.

One of the reasons we chose this property was the fact that it is in a quiet area which turned out to be correct so no issues sleeping. Nothing significant.

• Carole (7/5): Superbe séjour - Les clés étaient bien dans un coffre sécurisé mais il y en avait 4 à l'extérieur du bâtiment, pas de précision quant à celui à utiliser. Nous avons essayé le code sur quelques boîtes avant de tomber sur la bonne Le lavabo de la salle de bain était inutilisable suite à une fuite d'eau liée au robinet. L'eau coulait dans un tiroir sous le lavabo, nous avons dû y mettre une casserole pour éviter que l'eau ne traverse le tiroir et s'étende sur le sol.

• Paul (8/5): Great location, good facilities, quiet space - The location was excellent and the communication from the hosts - before, during and after our stay - was fantastic. Everything was smooth and seamless and we had no issues with getting in. It was great to have a self-contained apartment available for use, especially one in the heart of London. The apartment was really convenient for the Russell Square underground station (Piccadilly Line) as well as Euston and St Pancras mainline and underground stations. There is a Waitrose nearby where you can pick up most things you need and there are so many nearby cafés and restaurants to choose from. The Brunswick Centre is a 2-minute walk away. The apartment (and the building it is in) is a little tired - not a problem at all, and everything reflects the photographs on the website. But that's the only thing I would add in this box.

It was a little more than 6 mins from Kings Cross but a great location and a really lovely flat. Just one toilet for 7 of us.

Only a short walk to kings cross/ St Pancras stations but was in a quiet street away from the noisy traffic. The flat was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The keys were easy to access in lockbox by front door. There was nothing not to like.

• David (10/5): Top location - The location was fantastic, and the beds were comfortable. Very close to the supermarket and eateries, and Kings Cross. Lovely pub within minutes walk. Maybe some better blinds for the lounge room. There was some street noise but it quietened down later in the evening. Nothing unexpected for London though. It could do with a bit if a smarten up but overall it was a great find.

Bathroom was also nice with a separate bath and shower which allowed more than one of us to shower at the same time.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional - The location was really quiet and relaxed with plenty of amenities close by and plenty of local travel links which made moving about the city very convenient. The information and communication with the property owner was really good and put my mind at ease that we would have no problems getting access to the building or getting help if we needed it. There was plenty of room in the accommodation for our group of 7 for a short stay and we liked that there were two showers in the accommodation. We also appreciated the mirrors dotted about the place which meant we could all get ready at the same time. The property had everything you needed such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hairdryer, kitchen utensils, iron etc so it meant we could travel light. I cannot comment on the kitchen facilities much as we mostly ate out and only stayed for one night so didn't get to use much. But it all looked fine.

There was a grocery store in the shopping complex across the street. Two people in our party had to get work done, and there wasn't a great place to do that.

Nice to have the kitchen for making tea and toast in the morning. Appreciated the toiletries and tea and coffee. Responsive host. The property is at 8 Handel St. but this is not listed anywhere on the welcome docs nor did the host seem to know the address so despite the map provided we wasted time going back and forth up and down the same bit of road. No Internet at all despite quick connection to server via QR code. Not sure if we were just unlucky but it was definitely inconvenient. Not one knife that could cut through bread despite an impressive collection of kitchen utensils. Being in London we were not going to cook a meal but not being able to slice a bagel was awkward. No lamps at all, with all the attendant discomfort and awkwardness this causes. I had to use the torch from my mobile to get from the light switch at the door to my bed. No bedside reading. Uncomfortable sofa in living room. Not possible to raise panel curtains so living room darker than necessary. Cheap sheets on twin beds. This could have been a 9 or 10 stay as the flat is well located, clean, and reasonably well put together. The issues preventing a higher rating could be sorted for very little money.
• Lisa (6/5): Pleasant - Great location and very easy to get in to. Fine as a base for one night on way to Eurostar. We used the sofa bed in the living room but there were no curtains and the light from the pelican crossing was very bright. Nice but quite basic, wouldn't want to stay for more than a night, especially considering the price.

• Mrjoemetcalfe (9/5): Great spot for seeing London, especially if you want to go to Harry Potter World. - Well equipped kitchen Perfect location for visiting Harry Potter World Really close to trains and subway Supermarkets, cafes just a couple of minutes walk away, and a short bus trip to Oxford St for more shopping. Really responsive host who was able to answer all our questions about staying in the area. A bit of noise from the neighbours but was quiet after 11pm.

We booked and were in the apartment within an hour. Everything was very simple and the owner was very helpful, even got left some treats for the kids after a long day. We had everything we needed for all the family and got a late check out of 11am too which was needed. Definitely recommend. Nothing.
