• Maija (9/5): Great unit in a fantastic location. - Good modern facilities. Apartment was very clean. All the pillows in the bedrooms were too high for a comfortable nights sleep, a variety of thicknesses would cater for more travellers. I ended up having to use a flatter cushion from the lounge room. Although there was a wide range of beverages and condiments supplied, there was no milk. A little long life milk, or powdered milk would have been gratefully welcomed. I realise there is no obligation to supply it.

• Maria (8/5): - The apartment was very modern with excellent kitchen facilities The stairs. We were not aware that there were stairs to the apartment. We went with a 90 year old person who suffered going up and could not visit the neighbourhood while staying there.

• Kami (10/5): Excellent location, spacious apartment, comfortable beds - Beautiful place to stay, so close and convenient to train and shops. Plenty of room to move around the apartment too which was nice. When we were first walking up the stairs we were genuinely concerned with what we would walk into, but were pleasantly surprised once we opened our door.
• Evie (7/5): Lovely on the inside but would not have stayed there if I knew what the outside was like and that it was a 3rd floor apa - The interior was lovely and very comfortable and clean The flights of stairs with suitcases were a nightmare, especially as it was very dark inside even during the day and the lights go out after several seconds. There was heaps of broken down furniture and toys lying around outside the building and spider webs and random electrical wires hanging out inside the building entrance. It didn’t feel overly safe from the outside when we arrived and it was very hard to get up to the 3rd floor with suitcases.
• Anjelika (4/5): Too many bad little things - Location was great for our purposes Lots of incorrect information on the booking including the wrong address. It does not have a mini mart on site, it does not have a private entrance. We were supposed to be sent the door code 2 hours before arrival but had to message directly to get it. The check out time is 9 am and check in is 3 . This is not industry standard and is ridiculous for the price youre paying. If you want a late check out by even an hour it's and extra $30. Extra $30 for a cot. Felt like they were just asking for extra $$ for everything they could - all paid via payID, not the app, which seems dodgy. Nice apartment but we were really unimpressed with the host. Also it had synthetic sheets (Ive never had non cotton sheets anywhere Ive ever stayed) that stunk of bleach - if you're sensitive to cleaning products this was intolerable - I ended up sleeping on the couch because it woke me in the night.

• Jane (8/5): All up, a pleasant place to stay. - The property is well appointed, lovely interior design, good amenities with comfortable beds and lounge room. The apartment felt welcoming and calming, and the aircon made the place feel warm, as the weather was still a little cool. The apartment is well situated locally with shops and cafes close by to visit or order food. It was also amazingly quiet to get a restful night sleep. The lack of parking. The ad stated free parking, that was not the case and I had to roll the dice with parking. (I still don’t know if I received a parking fine). If the apartment had a parking space, then that should have been available, and if I’d known that it didn’t before I booked, I probably would have booked a hotel. Strata should ensure that each resident has a parking space, as free parking as implied in the ad isn’t, unless you have a permit issued by council.

• Sulah (9/5): Clean unit in convenient location - Very clean and modern interior and so conveniently located near the train station and shops The parking, though free, is not guaranteed as there aren't enough space for all the residents in the unit. Also, the sofa, though nice enough to sleep on, is not a 'sofa bed', so isn't quite wide enough to be comfortable.

• Linda (1/5): Scammed. Had to pay extra $150 to stay there with a puppy. - The facilities were clean and nice inside. I booked through booking.com and was told this was pet friendly. It said to notify the owner for details and that it may incur an extra cost. After booking it and paying I was told I had to pay $150 extra to have a puppy there was weighs under a kilo that was crated the entire time. This was 3/4 of the price of the entire stay price added on. Not value for money. I had to pay it separately into their account. I felt scammed. The property was also on the 3rd floor and I had a person with a walking stick staying with me who struggled to do the stairs. I did not not know it was on the 3rd floor without a lift. There was no milk.

Parking wasn't available even on the streets nearby. Minimal toilerties. Also they have changed check out time from 10 am to 9 am which was not communicated at the time of booking. It's like I was paying for a hotel but much degraded facility/service. Was neat, clean and upgraded interiors.

There were used towels from previous guests in the bathroom, the aircon kept tripping out and we only got parking one day out of the three days we were there as there wasn’t enough room/none allocated per apartment
• Theresa (8/5): Great location, could’ve been better for what we paid. - Spacious. Not what you expect from the outside. Very homey and has what you need right at your fingertips. Air con’s kept shorting out. Could only use one at a time. Which was fine - until bed time. Hit 39 degrees overnight so wasn’t good. Booked for 5 and was advertised to have a sofa bed - sofa bed was basically a sofa for our 14 year old to sleep on. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper to be used by all 5 of us for 3 days and 2 nights. Was advised that as it was a rental property it was not an expectation to provide more toilet paper. Only 4 towels - Lola advised us where extra towelling was.
