• Vaisnavi (1/5): - The Airbnb owner replies were fast but out of 20 problems, only 2 were solved which is the water heater n allowed us to extend our checkout time until 1pm Only 1 shower but it's listed as for 8pax. Nothing worked well, the condition of the room was terrible, nothing like the pics... The sofa was dirty, had cockroaches, there was a mop inside the bathtub, everything in the apartment had some kind of chipping, holes or stains. Definitely not worth the money. The worth is equivalent to rm300 for 8pax for 3D2N tbh... Hope they renovate n clean this place soon. They didn't bother to clean the apartment before our arrival... Beds on the top floor were too thin. Unfortunately we r unable to upload all the pics. The apartment is nothing like the pics in the listing.
• Eva Ng (7/5): - Location is convenient. There are karaoke, Netflix and a projector facilities in the room which is very nice. Overall, the stay was decent, but there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the customer service on Booking.com was disappointing — the agents struggled with English, and instead of answering my question, they mostly sent template replies. As for the property, it wasn’t prepared in a very detail-oriented way: There’s a trash can, but no trash bags, and no trash bin in the bathroom. The kitchen has a sink, but no sponge or dish soap. There's a bath gel in the bathroom, but it was completely empty. There’s a doormat from the bathroom to the living room, but none for the bedroom. The sofa is not very comfortable. There's small room with bunk beds, but the mattress are thin and is not comfortable at all. On the positive side, facilities include Netflix, a karaoke system, and a projector. However, there were no manuals or clear instructions on how to use the karaoke system or the projector. The person in charge gave some guidance, but it was very brief and not very helpful. Overall I don't think this property deserve that rental price. I hope the host can take care of these details, as they do affect the overall staying experience.

• Talib (6/5): Great space for 8 persons. - It's convinience for 8 family member to stay. Main Swimming pool close for maintenance have to use other small swimming pool with limited space with a lot of guest. Please let your guest know next time.

• Nuramira (6/5): Passable, should be improved to match the price. - The rooms are cozy and sufficient for us families the pools and facilities are quite ok 2nd parking for visitors are not provided eventhoug the management has approved the request. Bah ubat gegat when check-in then I saw anak lipas in the bathroom. Tiada plastic sampah disediakan..no 3 in 1 or any sort of welcome drinks etc was provided.

• Jane (2/5): Disappointed stay with various items broken down - The space for the unit is small & really simple. Only 1 water heater & it is broken. We whole family with old people & children had to bath with cold water. Curtain also broken down. Agent always claimt it is peak season but never heads up to us on all these broken stuffs prior to our arrival. Toilet paper is not refilled and get us to buy ourselves. Even he paid us for the toilet roll, i feel totally not acceptable with all this kind of service. Strongly not recommended.

When we arrived cleaner havent done cleaning the place..so we waited for her..but when we realize that she will take more longer to finish ,thats why we offer that we help her to finish whatever she havent done..next time pls..do the cleaning ahead of time,,.coz i already informed what time is our arrival..despite of what happened my husband still give a tip for the cleaner..

Some of the accessories were broken e.g. clothes hanging stand, multiple socket. It will be good if instruction on washing machine can be provided, as it kept having error msg and have to be restarted.
