Brak powiadomienia e-mail przed przyjazdem o możliwości dostania się do budynku - długi czas oczekiwania na informację o sposobie wejścia będąc już na miejscu - w dniu przyjazdu. Brak rozliczenia po pobycie, pomimo wielokrotnych próśb drogą mailową i telefonicznie - po miesiącu interwencji nadal nie otrzymałem! Nieprzyjemna sytuacja żądania przedstawienia polisy za rzekome uszkodzenie blatu kuchennego kwotę 2000€! Na całe szczęście zrobiliśmy zdjęcia wewnątrz budynku w dniu przyjazdu - z widocznym uszkodzeniem!
