• Fabio (10/5): Excelente Duplex. - Duplex excelente. Ambientes limpos, organizados, cama confortável, espaçoso e arejado. O prédio conta con elevador que vai até o subsolo, facilitando muito o transporte de bagagem e compras. Localização excelente, perto de shopping, restaurantes, farmácias, das principais atrações, principais vias, fácil locomoção de carro ou caminhando. Funcionários super educados e principalmente, venho destacar a cordialidade da Proprietária, super educada e atenciosa. Me manteve muito bem informado sobre tudo do Duplex. Não posso deixar de relatar que o Duplex é totalmente equipado. Certeza que voltarei. Fica minha indicação. Não tenho nada a relatar.

• fernanda (10/5): - Localização, segurança do prédio, disponibilidade da anfitriã, sempre solicita e educada. A cama poderia ser um pouco maior, e nao gosto de chuveiro com banheira, prefiro o box, pois o risco de cair é se machucar é maior. A escada tambem é sistema caracol, o que acaba sendo um pouco ruim.
• Lucas Nunes Costa (10/5): Perfeito para os que gostam de aliar conforto e qualidade em um só lugar - O capricho e cuidado com o conforto dos hóspedes é perceptível em cada pequeno detalhe do apartamento, desde os inúmeros utensílios de cozinha, passando pela limpeza impecável, até a qualidade da roupa de cama e toalhas. Além da grande atenção e suporte da proprietária que sempre está disponível para auxiliar os hóspedes, independentemente do perfil, desde individual à família. Realmente é difícil ter uma má estadia neste lugar.

The apartment itself was beyond our expectations — spacious, beautifully decorated, with just a few examples the tv's with cable, air conditioning, air fry, coffee machine, plates, cups, wonderful towels and sooo much more. All the comforts we could ever have asked for and way beyond. But what truly set this stay apart was Silvia herself. She was always available, almost like having a personal butler! Her attention to detail and willingness to help with anything made this the best stay that we have ever had. I highly recommend this property and cannot wait to come back!
