• Julie (9/5): Spacious accommodation close within a short drive to the ski hill! - Location was terrific. Great layout and lots of space. I would definitely stay here again. The electronic key code didn't work (likely dead batteries) so we had to call and email for another way in, which turned out to be a backup lock box. Wish we would have had that lock box code in the first place in lieu of waiting in the cold and dark for customer service to tell us about it.

• Karine (8/5): Excellent endroit pour se reposer - L'endroit pour le calme et le vert du terrain de golf même si nous ne sommes pas golfeurs. Très reposant en fait. La communication avec l'établissement. Pour l'ouverture de la porte il y a une boîte à clé qui ne servait à rien et un digicode pas repérable quand on a pas l'habitude et surtout de nuit. Le mail en anglais n'était pas assez clair pour nous, Et la communication téléphonique très compliquée. Mais on a fini par comprendre le fonctionnement et rentrer L'endroit étant super on s'est vite détendu.

• Levent (8/5): - Everything was fine, it was clean, there was no problem. When we went, the barbecue gas cylinder was very low and we could only use it for one day, then the attendant told us that we needed to refill the cylinder.

• Michel (1/5): Nothing cozy about this place, be aware! - There is nothing cozy about this chalet. We were very disappointed with this condo, mainly due to the very poor soundproofing. Imagine coming back to the condo after a day outdoors with our kids, only to hear a party from the neighbors upstairs all night long until 2 AM. From high heels to the dog barking, we could hear every word of their conversation. It was extremely disturbing, and when we asked the owner for compensation, he agreed and apologized but never refunded us a penny! He even asked us if we would leave a bad review if he reimbursed us. So, I doubt that all the reviews for this chalet are genuine! As for everything else, it matches the description, but clearly, due to the noise and lack of privacy, it completely ruined our vacation. Be aware !

• Faye (4/5): Not a 2 bedroom/3 beds apartment - Nicely decorated apartment. The fireplace was very nice and cozy to have (2 pieces of wood were provided). Good location to the Scandinave Spa only 3 min away. The snowy backyard was very pretty. The biggest issue we had was the listing showed we had booked an apartment that had 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. We were 2 friends having a small getaway and wanted our separate bedrooms. But we checked in at 10pm to find the apartment with only 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. We tried to call the 2 phone numbers listed and got no answer. We ended up calling Booking customer service and they were not able to reach the owners. We got an answer back the next day from the owner or property manger who said they listed the apartment as a one bedroom and it was Booking’s issue. No solution was offered from the owner or booking at the time of our check out. It was very disappointing to show up to a spa getaway and having to sleep in the living room for 3 nights. There were also smaller issues such as finding a clump of brown hair on the shower wall which I can somewhat understand since the wall was a brown pattern and the hair just blended in. The walls were also paper thin. We could hear every movement upstairs from vacuuming to sliding door closing/opening (normal activities that you shouldn’t be able to hear). But these were issues we could tolerate. We are still mostly disappointed at the miscommunication regarding the bedroom situation that was never resolved.
