Christian (5/5): Wir werden diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen. - Großzügige Wohnung im ersten OG, sehr geräumige Zimmer inkl. Bad mit zwei Waschplätzen. Von Anfang bis Ende kein einziges Bit WLAN. Es wäre aufgrund von etwas mitgebrachter Arbeit wirklich notwendig gewesen, abgesehen von den Kindern, für die es zu einem guten Urlaub dazuzählt und natürlich der Komfortverlust für alle. Fazit: Verkaufte Leistung wurde nicht erbracht. Sehr hellhörige Wohnung, außerdem insgesamt im Haus viele Türgeräusche zu hören, wenn ein Gast aus anderen Wohnungen die Haupttür betrifft. Unklar ist für mich, in welcher Form der Anteil der nicht erbrachten Leistung (WLAN) erstattet wird. Ich hoffe hier auf eine unkomplizierte Lösung und Abwicklung. In Bezug auf den Preis (1 Woche für knapp 2000 Euro) war es insgesamt doch etwas enttäuschend.
