Tisch bricht fast zusammen. Esstischstühle sollten wie der Esstisch ausgetauscht werden. Geschirr teilweise dreckig. Brotmesser voll mit Mineralwassern. Wintergarten und Terrasse muffelig und vollgeräumt mit Gegenständen und so mit nicht nutzbar.

Ο οικοδεσπότης μας είχε στείλει βίντεο μέσω whatsapp ότι χρειαζόμαστε όσον αφορά την παραλαβή των κλειδιών και την τοποθεσία του Παρκινγκ Μικρά προβλήματα όπως η σύνδεση με το ίντερνετ,λύθηκαν μέσω μηνυμάτων. Δεν έχω να πω κάτι αρνητικό.Μονο ότι είχε πρίζες και πολυπριζα πεταμένα αριστερά και δεξιά και επίσης στα μπαλκόνια ήταν απλωμένα ρούχα και ήταν λίγο απεριποιητα.

If you came by car, the key pickup might be a little bit complicated — you gotta firstly pickup the keys in the yard, then park the car in a different parking space which could be open only through electronic badge..

• Naida (1/5): Bitte nicht! - Leider nichts Meine Freunde (Familie mit Kind und Baby) aus dem Ausland sind auf Durchreise und ich habe für sie diese Unterkunft für eine Nacht in Graz gebucht damit sie sich erholen bevor es weitergeht. Sie sind spät abends angekommen und mussten feststellen, dass das Apartment nicht für neue Gäste vorbereitet war. Es wurde weder sauber gemacht, noch wurde die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Gestunken hat es auch. Als ich dann in der Früh den Unterkunftgeber kontaktiert habe und die Fotos geschickt habe, wollte er nichts davon wissen und meinte das könne nicht sein. So

Ottimo parcheggio interno. a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Graz. Il condominio è bruttino, un ascensore non funzionava e l'unico rimasto era vecchio e piccolo, bisognava aspettare molto.

The host provided us 2 videos with all necessary details how to collect the keys and how to find a properties parking place. We only suggest to everybody to contact the host one day before arrival just to get all instructions how to find the keys and parking place.

• Éva Katalin (7/5): Unterkunft in der Nähe des Grazer Stadtzentrums - Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, ein privater Parkplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Gastgeber hat alle notwendigen Informationen zur Unterkunft im Voraus bereitgestellt. Die Wohnung ist bequem mit einem Aufzug erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist renovierungsbedürftig und die Möbel sollten durch modernere ersetzt werden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sollten nicht auf dem Balkon zum Trocknen ausgelegt werden. Küche und Bad sollten sauberer gehalten werden.

• Jelena (10/5): - Sve preporuke. Odlicna lokacija, lako prijavljivanje. Jasna upustva, dobra komunikacija sa domacinom. Cisto, toplo. Obezbedjen parking.
• Vilajske (4/5): - Lokacija i siguran parking. Ljubazni domaćin nam je dopustio da ostanemo sat duže parkirani na njegovom parkingu. Budite oprezni ako gledate last minute smještaj. Apartman treba temeljitu renovaciju. Nijedan od dva TV-a ne rade, dio lajsni je otpao. Plijesan je svuda u tušu, a slavina u kuhinji ne radi dobro, tako da voda kapa cijelo vrijeme. Balkoni su zakrčeni stvarima domaćina. No, uza sve što smo nabrojali valja nadodati i miris duhana koji se intezivno čuo u apartmanu cijelo vrijeme. Napustili smo apartman najranije što smo mogli. Od žurbe da izađemo smo ostali dužni turističku taxu, što ćemo uz ispriku domaćinu poslati na bankovni račun. Zbilja šteta, jer je lokacija zbilja dobra, no ne bismo ponovili naš boravak ovdje.

One window in the bedroom can not be closed, so it is quite loud in the evening and during the night. The fridge door also needs to be fixed, the balcony door can't be closed.

It's incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful panoramic view of the city that makes your stay even more special. There are two well-appointed bedrooms, which make it ideal for families or small groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes, utensils, and appliances you need to cook your own meals—just like at home. The hosts are exceptionally kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you might need. Their responsiveness and positive attitude really made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this apartment is a fantastic value for both short and longer stays in Graz. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to discover the city in comfort and style! ☺️

• Vladimir (10/5): The property is great given the price, location and whatever was our disposal within the aoartment - We were travelling with friends (4 of us) and we liked the location of the high-rise building in relation to the old city and main attractions, as well as spaciousness of rooms. Free parking is also a great thing for those travelling around Europe by car. The only thing we did not like was the weather: it was pouring cats and dogs when we arrived at night in early October ..:) Unfortunately, we did not have too much time to explore the nieighbourhood but it was tough to find a second parking spot for our another car. The good thing is that overnight parking on the street is free!

The owners are friendly and I had prompt answer for all my questions, especially using WhatsApp. The absence of keys in the toilette and bath-room.
