Alexander (9/5): Overall, I can say that we liked the apartment and we were lucky to find it. - Location is perfect: bus stops and metro station with direct connection to airport and main tourist objects are close enough to the apartment. The street is quiet. Just near the house is Carrefour Express supermarket which e.g. was open even though on 26th of December in the morning (while other shops were closed). The apartment has been well renovated. Everything was clean and new, lots of kitchen utensils. Knife were sharp, and we were forced to use the first aid kit which was found in one of a locker :) It was difficult to perform on-line check-in, the site did not work properly. Then the contact person provided another link which solved the problem. Then we failed to open the apartment door for the first time through a digital lock in the WEB. I asked help in the booking chat and the contact person opened the door remotely. After that a physical door key was accessible with no any issue. There was no any teapot and we used a soup pot instead. However there was a coffee pot and coffee machine (but we like tea :) It would also be nice to have a fabric rag and towel in the kitchen, although there were paper ones.
