• Renee (10/5): The perfect stay! - The location was perfect for us. Close to the Wedding we were attending and very close to all of the family and friends that booked accomodation near by. Close to the shopping centre and close enough to the City and Bondi. Underground parking with a lift to take us straight to the apartment was perfect. The super informative directions given from the host was great and super easy to follow. The apartment itself was perfect. Big enough for my sister and I and a couple of friends who came over for coffee. Would highly recommend and if i was ever to stay in Liverpool again, i would definitely book here. When i compared the prices of this really specious apartment, to bedsit hotels in the area, i could not fault it at all. It really was the perfect place to stay! The only thing i would say is the parking outside for visitors isn't that great, but our visitors who were local to the area found it was fine.

Her apartment was gorgeous, meticulously clean and fitted with everything our family needed for this getaway. Location was great as my in-laws were only a short walking distance away. We will definitely be returning a lot more now as being on the road with 2 toddlers under 3 for 6hours can be very tedious. Being in this apartment has a very homely feeling and after visiting with family it’s such a relaxing experience to just melt into the comfy beds. N/a

Grateful we had a place to stay - It was comfortable and location was close to restaurants/train/not far walk from Wesfield Check in was set for 3pm, we did not get into the property until 3:50pm due to the cleaners going over time. The apartment wasn’t restocked properly, there was no toilet paper to restock, no rubbish bags in the bins - this wasnt a huge issue, it was more the delay in getting into the apartment on time. But due to the delay because of cleaning, i was expecting the place to be super clean and restocked. Have already spoken with the owner about the situation but just noting this down as it was our experience. The lift also broke down whilst we were there and we were level 7 so that was a hassle but that was out of anyones control, just noting it so others are aware. Otherwise we were grateful to have a place to stay and sleep whilst we were visiting Sydney.

Highly recommend. 😁 - Air con was great, warmed the unit comfortably, I had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in while away from home and therefore had the best night sleep! My client was upset one of the blinds in the main bedroom was broken and didn’t close flat like the others and let light in. She did wear an eye mask.

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, bright, and very comfortable. It was well-stocked with kitchen essentials, and there was a generous supply of toiletries, which was a nice touch. Overall, pleasant and convenient. Very well priced. Bathroom needs a deep clean, minor issue as it was clean.

I reached out to the host to request the Wi-Fi password but received a response after a day. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to locate the password during my stay, so I had to rely on my own mobile data. Aside from the communication issue, everything else about the property was excellent.

• Tony (7/5): We won’t be staying there again. - Nice apartment. Great value for 2 bedrooms. Good location and views. Not clean. See photo. Sheets on both beds were disgusting. They were old, poor quality and more importantly, very stained. When the cleaner came, she tried numerous sheets to find ones not stained to replace the hose on the beds. I also don’t like having to get the key from a lock box where I had to contort my body around an old mattress to get the key.
• Muntazeem (9/5): Superb - Very central and comfortable. Good size lounge kitchen and dining. Bedrooms we nice and comfortable size. The beds didn't have a flat sheet. We just had a fitted sheet and a duvet was placed over. These a minor comforts that was missing. Only one bath mat in bathrooms and none in front on hand basins. Tiled floors were very cold to stand on. Common bathroom only had shampoo and conditioner, no soap. We had to buy. Microwave wasn't plugged in and we couldn't be bothered pulling it out and doing it. Main cleanliness issue is bathroom edges and grout. Nothing and bottle of 30 sec bathroom cleaner cannot fix. Just mildew and overtime grime. But it's the cleaners short cuts that's the issue. Fan in the bedroom could atleast be wiped down.

• Peter (4/5): Disappointing - Instructions for key access There were no instructions in the apartment, no wifi, no tv remote, no soap in showers, shampoo bottles empty, no bin liners for garbage bin and no wipes to clean dishes or wipe down kitchen area

• Sangeeta (3/5): The experience was horrible and the owner was not helpful at all. Accused us of bringing cocroaches. - Location was good. Close to everything as I wanted I didn't like the owners service. Even though I paid for 7 nights, I only stayed for one night. Was here on a vacation so checked in late because I was busy visiting friends and family. Checked in on Wednesday. Couldn't sleep because of bed bugs. Contacted owner, requested to get the bed cleaned but the owner asked for extra $130 to get the apartment cleaned. I explained to the owner that the apartment is clean, we only need the bed cleaned and we only checked in on Wednesday but the owners reponse was we are liars and stayed there for the whole week, and now looking for an excuse to get a refund. I even explained to the owner that no we don't need the refund at all and if they don't believe us than they are always welcome to check the security footage. The owner continues called us liars, messy people and started accusing us for property damage. We requested the owner to come and visit us at the property so that he can inspect the property in our presence. But the owner later turned his phone off. We waited on Thursday till 12.30pm for the owner to come but they didn't. We knew once we leave they will try to accuse us of things that are not true, so we took the video of the property before we left. We sent a message to the owner that in rush we forgot to leave the key behind, also said that we will return the keys soon. But the owner said to return the keys ASAP or else they will complain us for stealing the keys. We returned the keys on Friday and sent the photos to the owner. When we went to return the keys, There was already a set of keys in the lock box. We contacted the owner and said we are here to return the keys but there is already a set of keys here, there was no response so we left the keys in there and took a photo, which we sent to the owner straight away. Now the owner is complaining of us stealing the keys and asking for extra $500.
• Ivy (1/5): Disgusting attitude from “owner?” and broken facilities ! - Fresh and airy Remote for garage was broken and we weren’t notified until we rang the “owner”. Had to keep pushing a key into it to get it to work which took approximately 5 mins each time and held up other tenants who couldn’t get past us. Also, couldn’t connect to internet and the owner called us “snarky” when we told her we weren’t impressed and then she refused to allow us access to a “backup” system. Then they stopped answering/returning our calls for assistance. Not only will I never use this apartment again, I will recommend all my friends to bypass it.

• Tracey (7/5): We had to do a basic clean of the one bathroom and the kitchen upon entry ourselves. When we contacted the property mana - Well located for our purpose of stay. The property was not clean, something must have gone wrong for the cleaners prior to our arrival. The floors were dirty. Kitchen dirty. Bathrooms both dirty with spit and makeup on the mirrors and hand towels and urine on the toilet seat. Showers uncleaned. Visibly uncleaned throughout. Beds only partially made with pillowcases missing from the pillows. Fingerprints on all glass surfaces and spill marks on floors.

Owner asked for later checkin and i was ok with it but when i asked for later checkout he rejected. I think one key is not enough - we had to take turns to access the lift and entries.

• Jennifer (3/5): Poor customer service. - My recent stay at the apartment was largely enjoyable, thanks to its spacious layout that never felt cramped. The cleanliness throughout the space was good, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. One of the standout features was the nice balcony, which offered a serene spot for morning coffees and relaxing evenings. It provided a beautiful view and that made the overall experience more delightful. Despite the positive aspects, there were several drawbacks that impacted my experience. The absence of a chopping board in the kitchen was a minor inconvenience that hinted at a lack of attention to detail in ensuring the kitchen was fully equipped. More significantly, the stove top malfunctioned, requiring a workaround with a lighter to cook meals, which was far from ideal. Noise levels within the apartment were higher than anticipated, disturbing the peace at times. The blinds in the bedrooms were ineffective at blocking out light, which, coupled with the absence of proper sheets on the beds and only having a duvet cover that retained a noticeable body odor from previous guests, significantly detracted from the comfort and cleanliness expected. Additionally, the wifi access proved problematic; not only was it challenging to gain initial access, but I was also unaware of a usage limit until it was exceeded. This oversight should have been communicated at the time of booking. My attempts to address these issues with the owner were met with responses that were both surprising and unwelcome. The conversation took a turn for the worse when, after further discussion, the owner labeled me as an "ungrateful guest," using harsh language that was both shocking and entirely unjustified. This interaction was disappointing and marred the overall experience.

• Yvonne (8/5): A very comfortable, clean 2-bed unit in the heart of Liverpool. - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Having two bedrooms, it was perfect for our family. My only issue was the location of the key lock. Partly my fault… because I’d been driving all day I hadn’t read the instructions of how to find it until we arrived (in the middle of a storm) so I wasn’t prepared. The instructions are actually very clear and helpful, except there were two key locks and they look similar. A minor issue, which was all forgotten once we got access to the unit which was lovely.

Kitchen was good but no pots were provided if you wanted to cook pasta or rice. Needed more serving bowel and containers in kitchen. Location is very noisy with traffic.

• Karen (8/5): Great accomodation made the distance to Liverpool worth it - The apartment was lovely, breakfast nearby at Piccolo was EXCELLENT, if you stay here don’t miss it. Good quality linens, beds and furniture. Spacious layout, not squishy at all. The wifi didn’t work, we followed directions and couldn’t get it, we all had data available on our phones so it didn’t impact us but if you were there for work purposes it may. Also the dishwasher was “out of order” but no dishwashing liquid was provided, that’s only a tiny problem and was solved very quickly with a Woolworths trip!

The rooms were organised and spacious Although we had problems with check-in (not that I’d the owner), the owner was amazing and communication was great. We eventually got in just fine!
