• Trish (6/5): Was good, could have been better! - Location was good with some nice views. Beds were very uncomfortable. Very outdated. kitchen utilities seem to have come from an op shop, same as the furniture. Fan in the middle room needs some attention as it wasn't working properly. For a unit that size with no air-conditioning doesn't make sense, so it wouldn't be nice staying there during hot periods. Onsuite bathroom was missed at cleaning with dirty mirror, shower screen, rubbish left on toilet with dirty towel left in there from previous people. Overall, the unit needs some more attention to details.

• Tamara (7/5): - The location is perfect. Walking distance to town. Apartment is spacious. The communication from the renting agency was poor. Contacted them regarding having to bring own linen, didnt respond so I called them to be told linen is now provided , website is not updated. Shower head in main bathroom broken. We couldnt use it. I again contacted the agency with no reply. 6 of us shared the tiny ensuite shower. I didnt bother to follow up as it was a short stay for a family emergency, and chasing the agency was the least of my worries Overall, property is a bit dated and needs a good clean out but it is spacious and had everything we needed ( except a shower) for our stay.

• Shaw (7/5): Love visiting Forster - Location perfect easy access to local facilities How dusty the unit was, looked clean but under couches and beds thick dust, food and left behind toys under lounge cushions.
• Robyn (8/5): Excellent. - The location was excellent. The size of the property was great and had everything we needed. The price was very good and would definitely stay again. The mats in the entry and lounge room were a slip hazard we moved then out of the way. But everything else was great.
• Jenny (8/5): Braemar 6 is a wonderful place for families. It’s clean, comfortable and relaxing. - We love the location and size of this property. It’s quiet, clean and comfortable.

• Angela (8/5): Comfortable enough but need to finish the renovations - Good view and close proximity to town. Bed was hard and the road noise was loud. No air conditioning so had to have the windows open so that made it even louder.

• Sharon (7/5): Great location with wonderful views of river and marina from the 2nd floor front balcony. - Great location and wonderful views overlooking river and marina from 2nd floor front balcony. Close to cafes, wine bar and hotel, short drive to beaches and main town. Good value for money, we stayed 3 nights. Uncomfortable beds, paying for a linen pack per bed which included towels, sheets, pillowcases and kitchen towels. Insufficient toiletries, hard to close sliding windows and window blinds with cords that were broken and hard to close. Very small garage, we didnt risk parking in it as we have an SUV. Older unit and no lifts, carrying our luggage up 2 flights of stairs was a bit challenging.
• Lisa (5/5): Lovely views but a dated unit in need of some renovations. - Lovely views and fairly close to the main town area. There was no air conditioning in the unit, only fans. The fan in the second bedroom with the queen bed had only one setting, making it uncomfortable to sleep. As a result, they slept on the lounge under the fan. Additionally, there was dust on all of the fans and behind the bed in the main bedroom. Some of the chairs on the balcony were not stable and need to be removed from the premises to prevent accidents.
• Lee (8/5): Overall it was pleasant and the water view was great. Value for money. - Opposite the water. It was a bit dusty and the quilt cover in the middle bedroom had blood on it, so it may not have been washed since the last guests stayed there.
• Kylie (8/5): Relaxing spot, beautiful views - We loved the location including the view and being able to walk into town. The unit was clean and tidy with good kitchen and BBQ facilities. We loved having meals out on the verandah.

• Chris (3/5): Poor - The view The blind in the main bedroom wouldn’t shut so we had lights coming in all night I told the property people but they ignored me Mouldy bathroom No aircon And the fans don’t line up with the beds or couch so it was hot and stuffy Pillows and blankets obviously haven’t been washed in a while they stink and still had hair on them Beds uncomfortable they must be really old The place needs to be renovated then it would be great and surely the owner can afford aircon with the price they charge

Everything was within walking distance and value for money was fantastic When couldn't access the garage as our car didn't fit in due to 'stuff' in the garage. Also only one key was supplied to the unit door and 2 to the general area door.
• Michael (6/5): So so - Good location and spacious Nowhere on Booking.com does it say that you need to provide linen. This is not a major problem however it is an additional action or cost to add to the stay. Nor is it obvious that there is no Internet on site . PCH didn’t really want to assist on either of these fronts.

• Lyn (8/5): The apartment was comfortable and roomy. I’d recommend staying but if you’re coming in winter bring a heater. - The location is fantastic. Being winter it needed better heating. There was only one small heater.
• Troy (10/5): Fantastic location with everything you need. - Access to the water activities beds were vey hard and mattresses need replacing.
