• Robert (5/5): Appartement convenable mais vraiment petit - L'appartement donne sur une cour intérieure agréable et calme. L'emplacement était proche de notre lieu de mission. L'appartement est vraiment très petit. La salle de bains est un couloir. Il n'aurait pas convenu à des personnes corpulentes. Le bruit du frigidaire au pied du lit était génant pour dormir. L'isolation phonique à l'intérieur de l'immeuble est faible.

• Hooi (7/5): Decent stay - The host is prompt in responding messages and gave us detailed video instructions on how to self check-in. We were also allowed to store our luggages earlier in the room before our check in time. Most basic essentials are provided in the room. It’s not too far away from the train station. We were supposed to check in at 3pm but the cleaner only finished cleaning around 3.40pm so we had to wait a while.

• Marta (10/5): Świetne miejsce w doskonałej lokalizacji - Świetna lokalizacja – blisko stacji metra, w spokojnej okolicy. Zawsze było miejsce do zaparkowania na ulicy. W pobliżu sklepy i wiele restauracji. Apartament dobrze wyposażony (klimatyzacja, smart tv, ekspres do kawy i inne sprzęty AGD), było wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem – szybkie i pomocne odpowiedzi. Polecam! Prysznic wymaga odświeżenia i drobnej naprawy.

• Rafe (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place for visitors! A short walk from a main train line to the city centre. It had all the facilities you could need (including washing machine, stove top, microwave, TV and AC). The host was wonderful answering our questions on how to use the appliances and ensuring our stay was comfortable. The place is up a flight of stairs, but very manageable.
• Lisa (10/5): Excellent Value for Money within easy reach of Milan’s Metro - In a quiet location within easy reach of the metro to get you to all around Milan’s sights. Comfortable bed after a long day’s sightseeing. Has all the amenities you need. Cristian was on hand if you needed him for anything, extremely helpful guy. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Excellent value for money . Would highly recommend this as a short stay location. Only negative was Neighbours were sometimes a little noisy late at night

The excellent location, comfortable a - I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in Milano and had an overall great experience. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport— just a short 19 min walk to the nearest train/metro station, which made it super convenient to explore the city. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that the neighbors upstairs were a bit noisy at times, which could be distracting, especially in the evenings. However, it wasn’t a major issue, and overall the peaceful atmosphere of the apartment made up for it.

• Daria (9/5): Superb - A small cozy apartment is 10 minutes ' walk from Rogoredo station. Inside all amenities: kettle, microwave, stove and even washing machine. When we settled the apartment was cleaned and ready for living. The owner was in touch with whatsapp, interested in all of us in order and in general was very friendly and polite🙏🏻💐 The only minus is not connected with the apartment - that on the Street not very pleasant smelled.

• Yi (9/5): Superb - The owner is awesome and respond very quick. We accidentally broke a plate and the first thing the owner said was “please be safe”. The room is clean, it is high value given the price. Located near the station of Rogoredo, everywhere is easily accessible. I would love to stay here again whenever i return to Milan. Although the room is not big, you have everything: kitchen utensils, washing machine, hair dryer etc. Nothing big, we stayed for a week but unfortunately there isn’t a replacement trash bag, we can easily buy one at the supermarket nearby anyway - overall the stay is great.

• Richard (4/5): Overpriced box on the edge of Milan - The door has a strong mechanical bar you can use to lock the door from inside. The AC unit worked perfectly. There is also a laundry machine, but we didn't use it, so we don't know if it works. There is a supermarket nearby. The owner (who we never met) texts you to check up on you... maybe a bit too much and with too many emojis. You are required to check in online days before you arrive. The online check-in promises you, that it will take only 2 minutes. It took us 20+ minutes to check in. I was deeply offended that it offered "Czechoslovakia" as a nationality, over 30 years since the split of Czechoslovakia. Learning how to open the first 2 doors was easy, but learning how to unlock (and also lock) the room to the apartment was quite challenging to learn and it took us 3 days to finally get the hang of it. The only bed is a sofa bed, not very comfortable and quite small, with just one blanket. Sleeping at night is a difficult endeavor, there is a green light near the door that is beeping constantly, and there is a lot of noise coming from the neighbors who live there full time. I recommend to bring a sleeping mask and ear plugs. When we arrived, we discovered some hair and some mold in the shower, so it's probably never cleaned. It was not possible to store luggage in the morning. The location is 10 minutes away from the metro, and you have to walk through what we felt is an unsafe area, I would not recommend walking alone at night. The price was triple what it should have been.

I really recommend this place!

• Noor (10/5): Comfortable stay at a cozy apartment in Milan run by a considerate host. - Close to Milano Rogoredo train station (approx 10 mins walk). Clean and cozy. Was just how it was shown in the pictures. The host Cristian is an amazing guy who followed up to check if everything is going smoothly. Quiet neighborhood and the automatic self check in and check out is very convenient if someone is arriving early or leaving late. There was nothing to not like about.
