• Kuan Hou (9/5): - The hosts were super quick in responding to messages. They even went out of their way to get an iron for us when we couldn't find it in the apartment. We felt that the location was super close to everything and was able to explore Florence from this hotel. In fact, the location near Mercato Centrale helped as the kitchen had enough equipment to allow us to cook a dinner too!! The place is super big and spacious for a couple. Good wifi signal throughout the room! We didn't know that Florence had mosquitoes (even in early November) this meant that we were bit a few nights. Luckily the room had a plug to kill/deter mosquitoes which worked and let us enjoy the rest of our trip. The windows don't properly seal so sound from outside easily comes in. The beds are two single beds instead of a double/queen bed. We had two random power outages which resolved itself and affected the building so not the hosts fault. Note that you have to throw your rubbish after your stay and it was a bit hard to find a bin that was close to throw out the rubbish.

• Sabine (9/5): - L'appartement est très très propre et spacieux, il correspond aux photos, et il dispose de tout ce dont a besoin pour le séjour. Les lits sont confortables, les draps et les serviettes de toilettes sont très propres. Situé à proximité immédiate du centre historique et du marché central. Il est bien insonorisé de l'intérieur. Check-in au top, la jeune dame nous a communiqué toutes les informations importantes et a répondu à nos questions. La terrasse du restaurant situé au pied de l'immeuble, c'est à dire du bruit et des odeurs de cigarettes jusqu'à très tard. Ca nécessite de garder les fenêtres fermées. Ca devrait être précisé dans la présentation.

• Gonzalo (8/5): Amazing location, spacious apartment in cute old building in Florence. - Location was really good. Walking distance to the main attractions in downtown area. I traveled with my mom and although I knew there were stairs... it was a lot more than I expected. Bottom floor in italy is Zero, as a result the 2nd floor really means 3rd floor... (now I know that is the case in Europe) and with the old building and high ceilings it was really a big effort for her everyday. if I am going by my own or with my partner I see no problems.

• Karin (7/5): Good - Excellent location being in the city centre easy to reach all sight seeing and restuarants Florance.offer. Short walk from station. Being in the centre it was nice to have lookout to quiet and beautiful Palazzo Medici and not another apartment block. Be mindfull of small steep steps to reach apartment when having heavy or big suitcases. Spacious clean rooms. Nothing that will not make me book again but recommend that kitchen utensils gets organised in better way.

• Sarah (9/5): Superb - The appartement was as described. Very well located : 10min walk from the train station and very close to the main famous places. Many restaurants, buses, shops around and the market is less than 5min walk. It was clean and had all the needed facilities. We really enjoyed our stay. Not a big deal for our stay but it's in the 2nd floor without elevator, so, only take it into account for your luggages.
• Lucy (7/5): Good location - The location was super central, near the san Lorenzo market and 5 mins walk from the duomo. Sheets were nice and the Living and bedroom were bright The floor of the apartment is on an angle, sloping inwards towards the centre of the building. Only about 2-3 degrees but it feels like you're on a boat. We had a few bags so we wish we had checked if there was a lift or not

• Josie (8/5): Comfy and great central location. - Great central location. Air conditioning and fridge worked really well. Lots of space, which is uncommonin Europe. Easy check in process. I should have read the info. No elevator and 2 flights of stairs (54 steps in total). No issues if you only have small luggage. Couldn't shut the door without the key - which did mean you couldn't lock yourself out.
• Melissa (8/5): Overall, a charming stay. - This Florence apartment was fantastic. The cute and friendly girl who checked us in was a delight and even helped us lifting the luggage to the 2nd floor. The location was great, near the train station and in the city center. The only downside was the absence of elevators, but it's common in Florence's old buildings.
• Emre (9/5): Superb - Location is perfect. Utilities are also good. Very historic Firenze building. I definetely recommend to stay here. Only the bed is a bit problematic. It should be queen not twin size😅
