• Baris (2/5): - Die Lage zum Zentrum war fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Die Hostin war an sich nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer, welches wir erhalten haben, war im Keller und auf der Hauptstraßenseite. Wir konnten teilweise aufgrund des Lärms der Bahnen, Fußgänger und Autos nicht schlafen. Da das Zimmer im Keller war, war es sehr stickig und man musste das Fenster öffnen. Dies war eine eine Einladung für kalte Nächste, Zigarettengeruch aus der Straße und noch mehr Lärm. Außerdem haben meine Frau und ich uns dauernd im Bett gekratzt. Wahrscheinlich ist der der Bett- und Matratzenbezug ungereinigt gewesen.. Die letzte Nacht war so schlimm, sodass wir unser Schweigen brechen wollten und uns entschlossen haben, einen konstruktiven Kommentar zu hinterlassen als Beihilfe für zukünftige Entscheidungen andere Interessenten.

• Kamila (9/5): Great location, friendly and helpful staff and all the amenities we needed! - The location was amazing, close proximity to the train station and trams/buses- it was easy to get anywhere we wanted from Shiva B&B. The host was friendly and helpful, there was everything we needed☺️It was convenient to have a fridge, stoves to cook, there were even hairdryer and hair straightener! The bed was comfortable and the apartment has a nice little terrace (it would be amazing in summertime-too cold to use in March ☺️)

• Maude (2/5): Ne pas y aller - La localisation était bien ! La douche avait une bonne pression. La personne qui nous a reçu était aimable. L'odeur de renfermé qui m'a engendré des allergies et de l'asthme, peu respirable, fenêtres ouvertes en permanence pour pallier. Inadmissible et inacceptable la couette et les coussins étaient recouverts de cheveux et poils, ils ne semblaient pas avoir été changés. Le petit déjeuner était une vaste blague, quelques biscuits et biscottes qui se courent après entassés sur le frigo pour 4 jours, pas suffisant et peu goûteux.
• Godefroy (7/5): Le logement nous a permis de visiter la ville de long en large grâce à son emplacement et à son prix - Lieu calme et proche du centre touristique par le trame et possible à pied (30mn environ) pour les plus courageux. La possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place et de cuisiner un minimum (petit supermarché près du logement). Déco "zen" ! Logement un peu sombre (normal, en sous-sol !) mais pied-à-terre idéal pour découvrir la ville (emplacement, équipement).

La camera era insolita ma perfetta, quindi ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso! Il materasso MATRIMONIALE era stra comodissimo, nonostante il mio compagno è uno che si muove spesso, sono riuscita a dormire come un ghiro! Se torneremo a Roma sicuramente ritorneremo qui più che volentieri!

• Klearchos (5/5): Just for a sleep, not that good a stay - The location is close to many stations for easy transportation, including the station for airport, subway, etc. I liked that there was hot water and good room heat. I also liked the decoration. It was not very clean. The bed mattress was not very comfortable. The breakfast was not much.

• Zak (9/5): Je recommande la chambre. - Nous avions accès à une petite terrasse à l’extérieur, ce que nous ne savions pas avant notre séjour. Il s’agissait donc d’une très belle surprise. De plus, la chambre était assez bien située, à une bonne distance de marche des grands attraits touristiques. L’hôte était très accueillante et nous a servie de manière exceptionnelle. À notre arrivée, elle nous a même offert une carte en prenant soin d’encercler les attraits essentiels à visiter avec leurs distances de marche. Bref, très beau séjour. Le seul petit bémol serait l’eau de la douche qui ne coule pas de manière régulière. La pression est parfois extrêmement basse.

• Riccardo (6/5): - La struttura è un seminterrato anche carino in un vecchio palazzo, con giardinetto proprio (in questi giorni off limits per il tempo). Fornello, microonde e frigo puliti e ben funzionanti. Vicino alla stazione Termini ma tranquillo. Ampio guardaroba. Il letto è sotto ad un soppalco non sfruttato, e da ambo i lati l'accesso è un po' macchinoso. Il tavolo, con una sola sedia e due sgabelli, è in posizione da contorsionismo, del resto altro posto non c'è. Fare la doccia in una specie di microvasca è decisamente scomodo. Lo sciacquone del gabinetto ci mette oltre un'ora per ricaricarsi, e questo proprio non va.

Very well situated With the tram and metro station 5 minutes walk and within walking distance of the colosseum and The Roman forum (20 minutes) The room was comfortable and well equipped. We opted for the room that had the kitchenette. Melanie the host was very welcoming and helpful. I messaged ahead of our stay asking for the best way to travel from the airport to the premises Melanie replied very quickly and was a great help. Breakfast that was included was a nice touch. We had a well stocked basket of breads, biscuits, butter, a selection of jams and some sweet treats too! A box Museli and milk in the fridge! Tea and coffee were also available. This room came with a private outdoor terrace that was well secluded from the on looking apartments. The room has quirky decor and I liked the walk in wardrobe/dressing room. Over all we enjoyed our stay at Shiva 😀

• Analia (10/5): IMPECABLE - Espero ser justa con lo expresado: El lugar refleja lo que es su anfitriona Melanie! Lugar con propia magia, propio estilo, pensado hasta el más mínimo detalle para la comodidad y posible necesidad del huésped. Melanie no solo nos recibió sino que estuvo muy atenta para nuestra recepción; sin pedirlo se predispuso a aconsejarnos los modos de transporte para llegar, la estación donde debíamos bajarnos y responder todas las preguntas que se le realizó! Al llegar recibió las maletas antes del check in y al volver ya se encontraban dentro de la habitación reservada. Al ingresar nos encontramos con más hermosas atenciones como un agasajo de una canasta llena de cosas dulces y tostadas entre otros. En el lugar encontrás desde vajilla completa, heladera, microondas, hasta un costurero para que sus agasajados tengan y sientan una bienvenida a gusto. NOS HAN TRATADO COMO UNAS REINAS !!!! A continuación dejo comentarios de los acompañantes con quiénes se reservó: - Ha sido excelente el recibimiento y la atención dispensada por Usted. Hospedaje con todas las comodidades necesarias para una muy buena estadia. Desde ya nuestro agradecimiento y siga con tan linda cordialidad. Calificación: 11!!! (mensaje de mi mamá). - No hay palabras para Agradecerte por todo! Realmente hemos sido atendidas como Reinas. Estadía, atención, detalles, predisposición, decoración, ABUNDANCIA en un todo. Las fotos en la plataforma no le hacen justicia en lo más mínimo a lo que refleja realmente el alojamiento. Dicho alojamiento sobrepasa en gran medida (para bien) la realidad.

• Ангелина (10/5): Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Отличное расположение. Рекомендую. - Мы останавливались на 4 ночи. Номер - студия. Уютно, есть даже отдельная небольшая комната - гардеробная. В ванной достаточно места, в номере есть плита, духовка, чайник, посуда (но мы не готовили еду на месте), на общей кухне так же есть микроволновка. Есть выход на личную террасу, она выглядела заброшенной и наверное поэтому нам ничего не сказали про нее, но мы развешивали там белье и даже завтракали в хорошую погоду. Безопасно, район не выглядит опасным, несмотря на непосредственную близость к жд вокзалу. Недалеко была только 1 улица, где скопление бездомных, но мы обходили ее стороной и все было хорошо. Рядом остановка автобусов, метро. До Колизея 15-20 минут пешком. До вокзала так же. Рядом есть разные кафе. Нормальная чистота. Простынь и наволочки не были новыми, но были чистые, полотенца, чисто в ванной комнате. Завтрак - это просто набор еды. У нас был хлеб, набор джема, сливочное масло, мюсли, молоко, печенье и сладкий рулет, чай и кофе. Количество еды расчитано на время прибывания. Мы дополнительно покупали ветчину и сыр и делали бутерброды, этого вполне хватало, чтобы начать день. Стоимость. Для нас это жилье было дорогим, потому что в нашей стране другие цены, но в сравнении с другими ценами в Риме и соотношением цены и качества - это жилье хороший вариант за свою стоимость. Девушка хозяйка (или администратор) была очень любезна. Мы увиделись только при заселении, она сказала писать ей если нам что-то нужно, но у нас все было хорошо. Так же понравилось, что есть возможность оплатить наличными по прибытии. А еще нас заселили сразу как мы приехали в Рим, довольно рано в 10 часов утра. Это огромный плюс, потому что в большинстве апартаментов заселяют только после обеда и ты слоняешься по городу с багажом до заселения. Я бы с радостью рекомендовала эти апартаменты для проживания! Спасибо! Апартаменты находятся в подвальном помещении, поэтому будьте готовы к тому, что может быть повышенная влажность. Первые 2 дня была солнечная погода и поэтому влажность не ощущалась, но в последние дни уже доставляла дискомфорт, но мы были к этому готовы, потому что понимали, что бронируем жилье в цокольном этаже. Из минусов могу выделить несколько : Напор воды в душе был слабым и приходилось ждать горячую воду, пол был холодным, в помещении тоже из за влажности было прохладно. Было бы здорово придумать что-то для сушки вещей, не просыхают из-за влажности полотенца. Например, добавить утюг. По той же причине было бы здорово добавить фен. И так как пол холодный, было бы здорово добавить тапочки (одноразовые или резиновые) и коврики у кровати и около раковины. Так же не хватало пододеяльника.
• Khalife (8/5): A pleasant stay! - The owner is very kind and helpful. The room is spacious and the bathroom is nice, though the water pressure in the shower is a bit low. Everything mentioned about the breakfast was accurate — it’s limited but self-service. I would have appreciated having a small fridge and a kettle inside the room instead of outside.

• Sergey (8/5): - Очень хорошая локация, рядом метро и до центра можно дойти пешком. В 5 минута ходьбы супермаркет, в 10 минутах хорошая джеллатерия. Номер небольшой. Душ и туалет в номере. Кухня общая на 3 номера. Завтрак без изысков, но перекусить можно. По цене и качеству в этой части города оптимальный вариант. Очень милая и общительная хозяйка Мелани, которая была всегда на связи и отвечала на все вопросы. Негде просушить вещи. Нет фена. Из мыльных принадлежностей только шампунь. На кухне нет плиты, только микроволновая печь и чайник.

• Brooke (8/5): - This property was better than I expected from previous reviews. The room was spacious, the host was lovely. We had a good stay at this property, I would stay again. Street noise was a bit loud and the room was too bright from street lights at night (I’m a light sleeper though). The shower took about 3-5 minutes to heat up.
• Dorota (9/5): Bardzo udany pobyt - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do sklepu, stacji metra, do ważniejszych atrakcji Rzymu. Studio wygodne na kilka nocy, m.in. duże łóżko, miejsce na bagaż, lodówka, mała kuchenka, dużo produktów śniadaniowych, kawa, herbata.. własny taras gdzie można posiedzieć w wolnym od zwiedzania czasie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Polecam.
• Lisa (8/5): Kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. - Die Unterkunft war sauber und man war sehr schnell an der Metro. Das Zentrum der Stadt war dadurch sehr gut zu erreichen. Trotz der Nähe zum Stadtzentrum war es nicht sonderlich laut und man konnte gut schlafen. Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr freundlich und hat auf Nachfragen schnell geantwortet.

• TAMARA (10/5): Хорошее жилье, я бы с удовольствием вернулась, хозяйка оперативно была готова помочь со всеми возникающими вопросами - Не очень далеко от центра, комфортно и просторно, девушка хозяйка очень приятная и всегда отвечала на вопросы и была на связи. Был холодильник, микроволновая печь и все удобства, даже свой задний дворик Помещение находится на нулевом этаже, там сыро. Необходимо обзавестись утюгом и феном (мне этого не хватало)

• AgosYN (5/5): Cumple su función si lo que buscás es un lugar donde dormir y tener una heladera. - La anfitriona fue amable y atenta, lo cual siempre suma en una estadía breve. El espacio ofrecía lo necesario para prepararse un café o un té, y un desayuno básico con budines y galletas. Como soy celíaca, no pude aprovecharlo, pero valoré que hubiera una tienda a una cuadra para comprar agua y otras cosas, especialmente útil si querés guardar algo en la heladera común. El wifi funcionaba bien, algo que no siempre se puede dar por sentado. La ubicación es funcional por su cercanía a medios de transportes, pero la cuadra en sí, especialmente de noche, estaba mal iluminada y puede generar inseguridad si no conocés la zona. Viajaba con mi madre, una mujer de 70 años, y noté que ese entorno no le resultaba del todo cómodo. La distribución del mobiliario en la habitación dificultaba el movimiento: todo estaba demasiado encimado, lo que hacía que incluso tareas simples como buscar algo en la valija fueran incómodas. La iluminación era escasa, y después de un día de turismo, llegar y no poder encontrar fácilmente los objetos de tocador se volvía frustrante. La decoración es tal cual se muestra en las fotos: tiene personalidad, pero no necesariamente genera confort. Sabíamos que era un B&B, pero el espacio se sentía más como un pasaje que como un lugar de descanso.

Koloseum - spacer +/- 15 min, Tiburtina 3km, Termin 1,5 km, stacja metra Manzoni, którą można dojechać do Watykanu, + Możliwość zostawienia walizki po wymeldowaniu (my nie skorzystaliśmy, ale przy zameldowaniu właścicielka poinformowała nas o takiej możliwości), + W części wspólnej dostępna suszarka do włosów, + Tv w pokoju, + Dobry kontakt z właścicielką przez Whatsapp - Pokój znajdował się się poniżej poziomu ulicy - piwnica. Od wejścia czuć było wilgoć, bardzo silny zapach stęchlizny. W części wspólnej nie było żadnego okna. W naszym pokoju były 2 okna, ale brak naturalnego światła - szyby okienne matowe: pierwsze na dziedziniec prowadzący do głównej bramy, drugie wychodziło na ulicę (nie otwierane ze względu na kurz z chodnika/ulicy oraz dobiegające wszystkie odgłosy z chodnika, jeżdżących samochodów, tramwajów. Przy zamkniętych oknach jest tam powiedzmy cicho (w części wspólnej dostępne są korki do uszu). Pokój wyposażony w klimatyzację, która będąc włączona oddawała dziwne odgłosy. - Słabe oświetlenie w pokoju. - Śniadanie: w pokoju typu: suchary z torebek, ciastka, maślane bułeczki w opakowaniu. Część ogólnodostępa wyposażona w czajnik elektryczny, toster (chleb tostowy 1,5 opakowania z czego rozpoczęte było już po termin przydatności do spożycia ~ bodajże o miesiąc), mikrofalówkę, sztućce, talerze, filiżanki oraz lodówke z małymi dżemami, masłem i mlekiem w kartonie. Do picia: napój kakaowym typu instant, herbata i największe rozczarowanie kawa ... NESCAFE - kawa rozpuszczalna CLASSIC. Brak aneksu ze zlewem - wodę do czejnika należy wlać z kranu dostępnego w pokoju. Część wspólna znajduje zaraz przy pokoju, więc słychać wszystkie odgłosy osób tam przebywających, używających mikrofalówki itp. - Mikroskopijna łazienka. Zimna woda pod prysznicem - przez 2 dni woda była letnia i to po kilku minutach czekania aż zimna woda "zamieni się"w letnią. Kolejne 2 dni mieliśmy wrażenie, że został w końcu włączony piecyk do podgrzania wody. Bardzo małe ciśnienie wody.

• Jennifer (9/5): - Joli logement coloré, fonctionnel et très agréable. Une terrasse personnelle attenante au logement qui est un vrai plus surtout en cette saison. Très bien situé à proximité de la gare de Termini ( bus, métro ) et du Colisée (10 minutes à pied). Notre hôte a été très attentionnée et à l'arrivée un joli panier petit déjeuner avait été mis à notre disposition. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Un grand merci à Mélanie.

• Voronova (10/5): Exceptional - The great hostess Melanie met us. She explained everything, told me. Checked in earlier than indicated in the booking. Sometimes there were interruptions with hot water. Considering that the rooms are located on the ground floor, there is high humidity.
• Dan_63_2 (10/5): Very convenient place to stay in Rome - Placed in a good location, easy to go everywhere with close connections to the metro or tram. The room was clean and comfortable, a/c works enough, the owner was very helpful and nice and had a prompt communication via WhatsApp. She agreed to deposit our luggage for almost entire day after check out. You can prepare your breakfast when you want in a separate kitchen. Good value for money, all recommendations, we are glad to stay again.

• Una (9/5): Overall, it was really great. - It was clean and comfortable, and the owner was very helpful and nice. All recommendations. The only thing we didn’t like was the bad water pressure, but that was a minor inconvenience.

• Cheick (6/5): Open your chakras and go meet History - The neighbourhood of the appartement was nice: bus, train station, tram really close, even small shops. 20 mn walk from Coliseum and 30 mn walk from town center. Our host (Melanie) was really helpful with her restaurant suggestions and reactivity. Some adjustments might brighten your stay, such as an improvement of the shower flow, an air-cleaning system, since the appartement is based in a basement

• Kelsey (6/5): Fine - Secure place to stay. It states there is a kitchen that's why we chose this place. Turns out the kitchen is only in one of the rooms and that is not stated when booking. The photos are deceiving, you dont know what room you'll get. Also, very far from the city and attraction. Too expensive to be that far for just a room.
