• Kim (5/5): It is what it is - Great location and close to public transportation. Loved having air conditioners in both the living and bedroom. First issue was not getting buzzed after ringing the doorbell. We only got inside after another tenant opened the front door. Next were the poor instructions to locate the apartment. If you choose to stay here, I'll save you some time. Go up to the third floor (not counting the ground level). Walk outside to the exterior corridor and turn right. There are several doors with lockboxes. You want the last door on the right. Upon entering, the first impression is positive. Things get dicey after that. While the kitchen has all the appliances you may need, we only had a half-empty bottle of detergent and a biohazard sponge. No drying rag or paper towels. The three generic coffee capsules were a nice touch. The dirty mug in the cupboard was not. Having lost trust in the other cups, I rinsed one out with my hands and dried it with my shirt. If you see a box of Lavazza Rossa, you're welcome. We had no use for them after this stay :) If you plan on doing anything more than checking your email, you'll be better off using your cell service or a hotspot, because the Wi-Fi here is coming from a 4G router. You're lucky to pull down 1 mbps. It's a no-go for connecting a laptop for work. Place nothing in the bottom drawer under the bathroom sink (seriously). The hot water is predictably toward the left, but it takes a cold minute to get up to temperature. You can use the half-empty bottle of body wash that seems to have been around for a while judging by other reviews. If you are washing clothes, plan on two days of drying. That's clearly not the owner's fault, just an FYI.
• Danuta (10/5): Lovely holiday - The apartment was clean, and the location was great. Communication with the owner to fix the issue was great, and they were very helpful. Bedroom was good size and kitchen well equipped.Direcrion to the apartment was clear and was easy to find. 3 floor, but we were aware that the lift is not working.

• Marco (6/5): Poor service and quality. - The position was great The information you how to locate the flat were not clear at all. Took me a while to find it. Most importantly, hygiene must not be a priority for the host. No shampoo or shower soap provided; a half empty bottle was left on the counter. No further water provided (not even a small bottle).
• Berry (8/5): Nice and clean! - Very clean and comfortable. Great location and AC. Kitchen was nicely equipped. The elevator didn’t work and it was hard to carry bags up. The shower is good for smaller people, but too small for bigger and taller people. It’s a nice apartment and we will most likely be back!
