• Rosanna (5/5): Niente di che - Buona posizione poco distante dalla metro C, Lodi. L’ascensore è nuova e il parcheggio si trova senza problemi. L’appuntamento è vecchiotto, ma passabile, peccato per i letti scomodi, uno dei due è più una poltrona letto; cigolano appena ci si muove, il che fa svegliare, peccato anche per i cuscini durissimi. Il bagno ha il bidet otturato e lo scarico fa molto rumore anche durante la ricarica dell’acqua. Vengono dati due asciugamani a ospite (non quello per il bidet) e in bagno c’è solo un sapone per le mani. Ah, in bagno il l’armadietto è tutto sbeccato.
• Alessia (3/5): - Per fortuna il nostro soggiorno è stato solo di una notte. La posizione dell'appartamento un po' fuori mano e abbastanza isolata. L'affaccio della camera da letto era su una strada a scorrimento veloce e per tutta la notte abbiamo sentito il rumore delle macchine che corrrevano. La tazza del water era sporca, sarebbe bastato metterci un po' di acido per wc. Per il resto tutto molto trascurato, lenzuola e piumino stropicciati, lampadine fulminate. Per la posizione della struttura c'è poco da fare, ma basta poco per renderla più accogliente, un po' di attenzione ai dettagli, ma soprattutto più pulizia. Prezzo assolutamente non adeguato.

• Malgorzata (7/5): Bon rapport qualité-prix - Le prix et le contact facile avec le propriétaire. Accès facile à la station Termini, l'arrêt de bus est juste en bas de l'immeuble. L'appartement manque un peu de chaleur. La cuisine est peu équipée, on aurait apprécié un torchon ou au moins du sopalin. La chambre à coucher donne sur une rue assez bruyante, même la nuit.
• S (7/5): Convenient Location for Exploring Rome - We had a good stay overall. Traveling to and from Roma Termini was very easy, thanks to the bus stop located just 20 meters from the apartment. It was a convenient base for getting around the city and exploring all the sights. The apartment is situated right beside a main road, and unfortunately, the lack of sound isolation meant that traffic noise disrupted our sleep at night. Light sleepers might want to keep this in mind.

• Akash (6/5): Place is overall good as meets the expectation. However, the host is not hospitable nor supportive. - The rooms are spacious The communication with the host was not accurate. No information provided for check-in. The attitude of the host while communicating is not good and hospitable. One cannot use multiple electronic devices, as the electricity trips. Not communicated by host. Beds are cranky and make lot of noise
• Claudiu (8/5): All in all it offered a comfortable stay in a normal block of flats. - There was no breakfast included, this must be a mistake. Some clothes drying rack, enough soap and toilet paper, and functional window blinds could have been more welcoming.
• Emmagol (7/5): Good - The house is nice, good equipped. The only disadvantage is that it's close to the upway and there is noise after 6, but not between 11pm and 6 am fortunatly. if u want a nightlife and sleeping duriong the morning it's not your place.
• Vittorio (10/5): Exceptional - Very good apartment. Near downtown. Perfect communication with staff.
