- Gaston (6/5): Falta total de mantenimiento. - La propiedad está muy bien ubicada y las instalaciones del edificio eran muy buenas al igual que la atención del personal del edificio. El dpto no era así… al igual q la atención del anfitrión, totalmente despreocupado por lo ocurrido. Le faltaba mucho mantenimiento, las cañerías medio tapadas, ducha averiada, humedad en el techo, frazadas y sábanas dañadas, se rompió la cerradura del baño quedando encerrado x una hora, se rompió la secadora, y el anfitrión no nos dio soluciones a nada. Solo quitaron la cerradura para salir del baño.

- Minlu (6/5): An old apartment need to be renovated. - 27th floor Rooftop swimming pool with a stunning view, but always too many people The apartment lacks maintenance. The taps are rusted, no hot water, no shower gel or soap. The shower head pouring water to the wall , the bathroom door lock is twisted, my son was almost locked inside. The procedure to check in is complicated.
