• Sharon (2/5): Needs a major revamp - Location Really poor condition in all areas. The home leaked due to a storm, but there was already water damage to the ceiling. Sofa only sat 3 but we were a party of 4 guests and it was very uncomfortable. In my opinion it would need a complete overhaul to bring it to a good standard.

• Amie (6/5): Beds were comfy location was good … very clean and tidy - The location was good Having no key just a PIN number on door to get in was great The ocean views are only spots of the ocean through the trees and I think a bigger lounge is needed we could all not sit on it together as a family

• Andrew (6/5): Convenient location but given cleaning issues highlighted don’t consider property value for money. - The location was good on the seafront. Facilities provided were also considered ok. Apartment was a bit ‘tired’ in appearance. Floors were not particularly clean and a pair of boxer pants had been left under the double bed. Lack of toilet rolls also an issue. Taps and fittings in bathrooms were not very clean.
• Jen (8/5): Great location however in need of a spruce up - The location is great, right across from the beach and in the heart of Scarborough. Great to have a parking spot. The place is in need of an upgrade and a spruce up. It’s quite old and there are random items in the property that could go and be replaced with some other items to make the place look a little nicer. Bed was uncomfortable

• Kye (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were incredibly accommodating, great, welcoming messiered, kept in contact via the app, and checked in on us to make sure we're all good, provided us with a welcome, surprise. The location was excellent The beds are probably due for replacement soon.
• Leanne (10/5): Fantastic stay! - Location, facilities, we had everything at our doorstep. Perfect family stay for a couple, x2 teenagers as well as a 1 year old. The host Ted is absolutely lovely and responsive to any queries we had. Highly recommend!

• Gabriela (10/5): Amazing stay! - The apartment is at an excellent location, right across Scarborough Beach. You can watch the sunset from the balcony. I felt so welcomed when I arrived! Lots of facilities around like Coles, restaurants, cafes. Ted is super easy to communicate with and he attended our requests quick and easy. There is a swimming pool in the complex and also there’s everything you need in the apartment. Cannot wait to come back and definitely staying there again.

• Sheree (9/5): All you need - Lovely welcome note, milk and extras. Great communication and follow up from Ted. Located at the quiet end of town, so great for my family. Noisy neighbours and the outside light was very bright and couldn't be turned off
