Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note there is a 1.5% debit card and credit card surcharge for all payments.
A damage deposit between AUD 250 - AUD 1000 (subject to apartment size) is required on arrival.
This will be collected by credit card.
You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.

You will collect keys and complete your check-in at the Wow Stay office, located at the Circle on Cavill building, 9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise.
If arriving after hours, or nominating someone else to collect keys on your behalf, you will be required to complete a Guest Agreement form.
If the completed Guest Agreement form passes our validity requirements, we will send you instructions to Lock Box, located at 9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise.
If your completed Guest Agreement form does not pass our Validation requirements, or is not submitted by office close time, the reservation will be marked as a no-show and no refunds will be given.
