• Smiler01 (10/5): Delightful Apartment in a Good Location! - The apt had a soft bed and comfy pillows, and was well-stocked! There were useful kitchen gadgets: espresso machine and pods, a food chopper and even a washer-dryer. We didn't ask about a blender, but Sara graciously provided one. There was lots of hot water even when the heater was off. Really good communication with Sara-- thank you. The location was really good too! close to markets, metro, and lots of wonderful shops! We'd stay here again! (Transportation in Athens is amazing!! One ticket for metros, buses, and the trams!) Two weird pictures on the wall in the living room and one in the bathroom... minor deal, we just took them down

• Alexey (10/5): - You can feel that you are welcomed here! There are a lot of small things inside the apartment that make you feel cozy and it feels that host cares that your stay will be comfortable. The apartment is on a half basement floor, but it's clear from the photos.

• Josephine (9/5): Great apartment and location. Host could be friendlier. - Very cute apartment in a great location that was wonderfully furnished with everything you could need. I had to be the one to check in with the host about the lockbox code and there was a photo sent of the lockbox, but it was incorrect. The photo instructions for turning the heat on were also incorrect. Separately, there was a taxi strike the day I arrived and I let the host know that it would have been nice to be told and she got extremely defensive, sending paragraphs in response about how that's not her job. She also didn't communicate any instructions for check out.
• Alexia (10/5): A little gem in Kolonaki - A little gem in the heart of Kolonaki! Perfect location — quiet yet close to everything. The apartment is clean, comfortable and exactly as described. It's a truly honest and charming place, ideal for a pleasant stay in Athens. The host was excellent, with great communication and quick to help with anything I needed. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect!
• Avgi (10/5): A tasteful 1 bed-apartment downtown - I love the interior design of the flat. It’s located in the heart of Athens in one of the most popular neighbourhoods in the town. The flat is fully refurbished and well-equipped with anything it’s required. The host provided me with coffee pods and, rice crackers and a bottle of water. Nothing, everything was great. The only note is that there are no double glazed windows thus it’s a bit noisy during the morning.

• Missiaty (10/5): I had an amazing stay at A Haven in Kolonaki! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The house is beautifull - I loved the beautifully designed and well-equipped space, which made for an incredibly comfortable stay. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals easily. The host was also wonderful—kind, responsive, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even better. The location was another highlight. Situated on a peaceful street in Kolonaki, directly facing the French Institute’s gardens, it offered a rare sense of tranquility in the heart of Athens. Despite being centrally located, the street remained quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect retreat after exploring the city. Kolonaki itself is an elegant neighborhood with fantastic cafés, restaurants, and boutiques just a short walk away. The proximity to Lycabettus Hill, Monastiraki, and other major landmarks made it easy to explore Athens on foot. Plus, the nearby alleyway filled with lively pubs and bars was a great spot for an evening out. Overall, it was a stylish, peaceful, and perfectly located place to stay—I would highly recommend it and would love to return! Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything exceeded my expectations—from the beautifully designed space to the comfortable amenities and the unbeatable location. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality made my stay truly exceptional. It was more than perfect, and I wouldn’t change a thing!
• Ingrid (10/5): Great location and great host - Best area in Athens, on the border of Exarchia and Kolonaki. Professionally renovated and decorated, very clean and lots of appliances. Spacious and great storage. Didn't mind that it's on the lower ground floor as we mostly slept there, and there was a glass wall in front of the street making it a tiny balcony. It felt safe and nice. The host sent a very informative guide, and was quickly available on Whatsapp when we had questions. The location is 10/10 as Exarchia and Kolonaki have very different vibes, and restaurants are less than a 5 min walk in both directions. Omonia is not far either. Would definitely come back! Only thing we missed was a shower curtain or something for water not to go on the bathroom floor, but the host informed us that a glass wall was being installed shortly.

The apartment was impeccably clean and spotless, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable and cozy stay. The mattress was so comfortable that I never wanted to get up! The host was incredibly kind and helpful, offering great recommendations to make the most of my short visit. The building entrance is located right across from the French Institute of Athens, which boasts the largest private garden in the city and 24-hour security, so I always felt safe. The location is unbeatable, situated on one of the most beautiful streets in the upscale Kolonaki neighborhood. Plus, it’s just a short walk from Exarcheia, a trendy area filled with cool bars and restaurants. Everything was great 👍
• Aikaterinh (10/5): I had a wonderful weekend - A wonderful apartment. Very cozy and clean with everything one could need. The location is perfect. You are in the heart of Athens! And the neighbourhood is very safe and quiet.
• Jaber (2/5): unpleasant stay. - The apartment's cleanliness. The kitchen is fully equipped. The host contacted me an hour before y check-in informing me that she has an issue with the door and it doesn't close. had to wait 3 hours and cancel my plans for the temporary door to be fixed. The apartment is underground with no natural light. the coffee spot is unusable. The water heater didnt work (if i said it to the host she would have fixed it or so, but i just dint say anything). The host likes to blame it all on everyone else. Her instructions pdf never contained anything related to the checkout instructions and how to leave the keys in the Yale Box, while she irresponsibly sent her housekeeper to claim the keys 7 hours after I left and blames it on me that the keys got stollen. very poor experience.

The apartment has everything one needs, it is clean and at a great location and the host is very polite, answers quickly to all messages and provides solutions for anything needed. Excellent experience and will be coming back!
