- Gregory417 (10/5): Exceptional - We wanted an inexpensive room within an hour of Heathrow, in an interesting neighborhood. This place was it! Acton and Shepherds Bush are lively and diverse. Our room was an easy trip by metro and bus from Heathrow. It was easy to find the hotel and get in to our room. It is a humble building with a narrow staircase, full of character. It was clean, had a basic kitchen, table and chairs and even a washing machine. We found fabulous food with kindly staff just a door or two away. nothing
