• Louise (10/5): The room was clean and comfortable in the staff was very nice - It was conveniently close to the airport. I was trying to find a taxi for 6:15 in the morning and had trouble without outrageously expensive offerings. I called the management. They offered to take me. They were at my door at 6:15. Took my luggage to the car and got me to the airport. They were so friendly and nice.

• Carmen (10/5): Perfetto - Pulizia della struttura, gentilezza di Alessandro, spazio cucina, caffè gratuito, frigo e lavatrice in comune, silenzio della struttura, comodità mezzi pubblici, vicino al Fabrique discoteca, vicino ci sono supermercati. Capire come aprire la porta con codici spediti via whatsapp
• Matteo (8/5): Una notte comoda, con tutto il necessario in poco spazio - Camera all’interno di un complesso residenziale, piccola ma accogliente e completa, estremamente pulita e per fortuna senza moquette o tappeti orripilanti. Presenti asciugamani, sapone doccia e mani, asciugacapelli. Letto a una piazza e mezzo molto comodo con biancheria pulita, acqua calda ben funzionante e microfono della doccia staccabile per potersi lavare al meglio. Porta finestra senza un vero e proprio terrazzo ma che permette di arieggiare bene la stanza e fa entrare molta luce, ottima la tenda oscurante per la notte. Self check-in online semplice e ben spiegato dal personale, le informazioni fornite per l’accesso alla struttura sono state molto dettagliate e chiare, struttura facile da trovare e ok una posizione abbastanza strategica per chi vuole visitare la zona sud-est di Milano (30 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Rogoredo, 15 minuti a piedi dal Fabrique) e ben collegata coi mezzi pubblici, oltretutto il giovedì c’è il mercato in strada proprio davanti all’ingresso del complesso. Ideale per chi usa la camera solo come appoggio rapido per visitare la città Doccia senza un vero e proprio piatto doccia, in pari col resto del bagno e “separata” solo da una tenda. Prezzo lievemente elevato per una camera così piccola

• Laura (10/5): Great spot near the airport! - I liked that it was a self check in process and that the host provided transport to the airport. I.chose the location because of how close it was to the airport. The room was perfect for 1 and the shower was bigger than what you normally see in Italy.

• maurizia (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno - La posizione è molto comoda, giusto una decina di minuti in macchina da Linate. Ho prenotato all'ultimo momento, avendo perso un aereo la sera e l'host ha risposto subito confermando la disponibilità della stanza ad un prezzo conveniente, considerando anche la mia prenotazione last minute. Mi sono state inviate le indicazioni per accedere al building ed alla stanza, tutto molto semplice e ben spiegato. Fare il check-in online è stato semplice e veloce. Nulla da ridire.

• Hugo (9/5): Clean flat in a central area. - The host was very nice and answered quickly. The keys were ready in a safebox. The room is very clean, in a quiet courtyard. The city center is close, castle is 10min away. The mezzanine bed can be difficult to access with the ladder. There is no light switch next to the bed. There are not a lot of power outlets to charge your phones. There is no kettle for the tea, only a coffee machine. The window is very small and the flat is on ground floor so you do not get a lot of light & air.

• Jonathan (8/5): It was really good excepting the missing of ac or ventilator - I went to a concert in milan and the place was only 13 minutes(or 10 if you go with public transport from fabriquem which is where the concert was. I had problem finding the property and the staff really helped me(by phone) finding the place When I went to milan the climate was really hot even in the night which was 25 degrees in the night. I just came from the concert so my body was hot aswell but the hotel didn't have a AC or a ventilator to just refreshen the room so I had to open the window letting the flys in so I can sleep properly

• Ivana (8/5): It was good stay for one night. If all you need is bed and bathroom, you will get just that. - All was done as self check-in, so I didn't have chance to meet any staff/provider. I got access code and the arrival was fully up to my after specified check-in hour. In my situation it turned out it was actually great, because I stayed longer in Florenc then originally expected and so I didn't have to worry that I am running 6 hours late. The location seemed ok. Quite close to Rogoredo Train and Metro station. Also I noticed that if you don't want to do the 20 mins walk, there is bus going from around the corner from the accommodation to the station. Whole complex was at that time under construction. That means almost all buildings were covered in construction structures and also the works started around 9AM (I believe) - ot was not problem for me personally as I was leaving by that time.

• Инна (10/5): Perfect apartment - The place is amazing. During the whole stay everything was super easy and comfortable. The room has everything you may need and the kitchen has even more - free coffee, tea and water. The bus stop is just near the building, and if takes about 40 minutes to get to the city centre.
