• Schirra (10/5): - l'host è veramente tanto disponibile e risponde in breve tempo ai messaggi rendendo facile la comunicazione. le informazioni per raggiungere l'edificio erano chiare e precise, consigliando le possibilità più comode in base ai mezzi utilizzati per raggiungere Milano. la camera è piccola ma con tutto il necessario trattandosi di solamente una notte in seguito ad un concerto. sia la camera che il bagno erano puliti e ordinati con asciugamani, carta igienica necessari per la permanenza.

• Jerca (10/5): Comfortable room and ideal spot for Fabrique - The arrival and check‑in instructions were very clear. The room was neatly organised, with convenient spaces to store personal items. The location is excellent for attending concerts at Alcatraz, and it is well connected to the centre of Milan (direct tram to the Duomo) as well as Milano Rogoredo train station (direct bus). The sound insulation could be better, but as long as other guests are respectful, it’s perfectly manageable.
• Yannick (10/5): - Tram 27 is just a two-minute walk from the residence. In approximately seven minutes, it takes you to the Repetti stop, where you can change to Metro Line 4 for Milan Linate Airport (only one stop away). Alternatively, you can stay on the tram and reach the Duomo di Milano stop directly in about 30 minutes. The neighborhood is residential, calm, and feels very safe. There are several cafés and a few restaurants, mainly along Via Ungheria and Via Romualdo Bonfadini. I can recommend B87 Bistrot (7 min walk), which serves Milanese and Tuscan cuisine. The cafés have a charming old-school atmosphere, with interiors dating back to the 1970s and 80s, and a loyal local clientele to match dating at least back to that same time period. The espresso doppios and croissants are consistently excellent. My room was simple but comfortable, with a cozy bed and a clean, functional bathroom. The owner sent the door codes promptly the day before arrival, along with clear instructions in English. All six rooms are located on the mezzanine level of a residential apartment building. My room (No. 1) even featured a small terrace, which was a pleasant bonus.

• Simone (7/5): Good - It’s about 10 minutes walking from the popular Fabrique venue, so if you’re in town for a gig, it’s a good place to crash. Tram stop is 2 minutes walking. The pillow was firm and very comfortable, plus there was a second, plushier pillow. The room was clean. Mattress was ok. Everything is automated, very convenient. Room could get some soundproofing, as walls are thin and you can hear neighbours.

The property was compact, but you had everything you needed. Nothing in particular for what anyone is responsible. It was just odd having the renovation work there, but it wasn’t as big as an issue for me.
